套房（有洗手间的）也许是没有通风系统，打开门瞬间有股异味，毛巾是也有待要改善
布满cctv，有点没有隐私感

It's really worth it.
The house is clean, fast response from the owner. This is my go-to place whenever i went to Kuching 👍🏻👍🏻

Area need to improve :
1) floor matt at toilet - with (perhaps add on 1 pc) water absorbent material that's perfect.
2) Kitchen area (stove & inside cabinet) a little more - to tidy up, clean up bit lagi best
3) if can have water dispenser / water filter where can drink direct without boiling :DD ease us to refill. Current model is not recommend to drink without boiling
4) Re-fill of toiletries (toilet roll) - spot an area to keep stock easy for guest to refill - the desk at front of the toilet (we were unable to find stock to refill)
Generally like the place very much ! Very convenient and superb location to connect to other township. Hassle free for us as we park our rented inside the house porch. Surely will come back again !!! Cheers !

It feels homie… good for people who travel and work… wifi is great… i saw some other guests cook also… got fridge u can store… location is near to airport which is convenient… self checkin and checkout is convenient… price is very affordable… good smart lock system (dont lock urself out otherwise u need to reachout to the owner to unlock it remotely for u)

The rooms were great and comfortable. The airconditioner was working well, so as the toilets. Most of the furnitures were in good condition. Will come here again as the price and place was worth it
The kitchen stove was not working, no bidet and somehow no spoons. We had to use chopsticks, fork or our hand to eat rice or noodle

excellent room, amazingly spacious & very secure accommodation. great value for money & easily accessible for very late checkin. great to have a free to use washing machine. excellent wifi mostly & great aircon. wonderful to be easily able to dry washed clothing on room’s balcony.
felt, although the accommodation was excellent as was the nearby incredible eating area I’d prefer to be closer to the main tourist areas of the city. Felt the shared bathroom wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been. On the whole however, wonderful!

Everything is perfect, room was super clean and comfy like home. Check in process was easy, value for money. Definitely will come back again. Thanks for the stay host. 🥰
