Janine and Bassel were absolutely excellent hosts. They responded promptly to any concerns or questions we had. We felt very safe and secure in this apartment. The proportions of the entire space of the apartment made us feel very comfortable in addition to lots of light and cross ventilation. We always had fresh air. The balcony is small, but very much a delight to be on especially in the morning to enjoy the sunrise and to watch the activity of the street and the park. The park gave the balcony and the entire apartment a very pleasant atmosphere. Both the kitchen and the bathroom are very well equipped and it was so nice to be able to have the clothes washing machine off the back balcony, as well. Yes indeed, the apartment is only a five minute walk from the beach along the central pedestrian walkway through the centre of the old town. We would book this apartment again in a heart beat. What a great way to enjoy Historic Estepona. This apartment made us feel very much at home and we fell in love with it.

Excellent apartment, very well equipped with everything you need. Excellent location. Toilet seat is broken and seals on shower doors are broken and need replacing to avoid having future problems. Otherwise everything perfect. Lovely helpful neighbours, Maria is no longer responsible, as she is to old and frail,.

Malas formas del dueño.
Contento con la ubicación y el tamaño del apartamento, pero disgustado con los comentarios del dueño al indicarle que de las tres cacerolas existentes en la cocina dos estaban totalmente inservibles (quemadas y sucias) y el mantel de la cocina lleno de manchas de grasa.
El dueño contestó que si no estábamos de acuerdo con el apartamento nos fuésemos.
No creo que sean formas de contestar a unos inquilinos, que siempre han hablado con él de forma educada.
Si la persona encargada de limpiar la casa está enferma (tal y como nos indicó), debería haber buscado otra forma de solucionarlo, cosa que no ocurrió.

recentemente ben ristrutturato e arredato, è ben equipaggiato .
Abbiamo trascorso qui delle vacanze stupende !

Well located apt
Bassel,the owner was super responsive to any queries I had before arrival and whilst at the apt. He also returned my breakage deposit within a few hours of vacating the apt. He is ably assisted in Estepona by Maria who was waiting for us when we arrived and was very friendly and helpful. The apt has clean lines and is simply but tastefully designed with everything thought of. (Large shower cubicle) and nice shower! Small balcony to eat and drink and watch and hear the locals go about their business and you do hear them!! although very hot until sun goes down unless you’re an early bird! ( in the summer) Parking was a problem near apt even nearby car park was completo. Had to park away and walk to apt. A minor hitch in a lovely town like Estapona with good cafes (missing my morning cafe con leche already) bodegas, restaurants and long sandy beach.

von Estepona liegt das gut geschnittene Appartment im 2.Stock, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet , man findet alles was man braucht, die Nächte waren ruhig, tagsüber ist es allerdings sehr laut, an der Grenze zur Altstadt, an der belebten und gut besuchten Einkaufstraße die gleichzeitig zum herrlichen Strand führt, hat die Wohung eine gute Lage, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Exactly what we were looking for.
This is a great apartment in a great location in the wonderful old town centre of the small city of Estepona. The apartment is newly renovated, well designed and equipped to enjoy staying in and perfectly situated for emersion into the warm, vibrant, friendly, delicious opportunities that are literally at your doorstep. Restaurants, taverns, food stores, boutiques, yoga, not to mention the seashore, port and other attractions, are all within easy walking distance. We rented a car to get to daily tennis and visit places of interest. Finding parking on the nearby streets wasn't nearly as challenging as we thought it would be and quickly became an agreeable routine. Two comfortable bedrooms with good storage space allowed another couple to join us for part of our stay. The property owner was easily accessible and a pleasure to deal with throughout. We would recommend this apartment and are certainly planning to stay here again.

behöver nog någon värmekälla under höst och vinterkvällar.
en hylla i hallen skulle göra det enklare med kläder , likaså saknades det en garderob i sovrum 2. kanske också en byrå.
lite kompletteringar i köket ( vi köpte vinglas ) så blir allt perfekt.
läget var perfekt ,vi bodde mitt i smeten och inte som turister.
trivdes bra och hoppas kunna återvända

Great stay in Estepona Centro
We loved the size and the equipment of the apartment. Everything was new and very clean. Very comfortable beds! The english speaking owner was always available via email or phone. The house keeping lady Maria was very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect to walk to the beach, shops, bus stops and restaurants. The only little negativ thing was the loudness at night because of the street in front of the apartment, but we got used to it..
In summary a great stay in Estepona! Would book again!

Perfect place in Estepona
We stayed in this wonderful appartement for 3 weeks. What we loved the most was that it felt like home. Bassel, the host thought of every little detail and even though he resides out of country, he was always available and proactive.
Bassel’s Représentative , Maria, lives in the building and is very welcoming and helpful.
Great location, close to everything, beautifully renovated.
Thank you again for this fabulous vacation.
We will be back.

Muy rápido respondiendo y nos ayudó con todas las peticiones
El apartamento está completamente nuevo en el centro de Estepona. Con muebles nuevos de Ikea, muy bonito.
La cocina con todo lo necesario, tostadora, microondas, cafetera... También disponíamos de dos sillas de playa y una sombrilla.
El apartamento muy limpio, y María, muy atenta a todo lo que necesitábamos con dos niñas.
La pena fue, que el tiempo que estuvimos en Estepona había una plaga de medusas. Por lo demás, una estancia perfecta

Boligen er ny renoveret med god faciliteter, i god afstand til dejlig strand og shopping samt restauranter. At finde en parkeringsplads kræver lidt tålmodighed men det er gratis. En tur til Gibraltar er værd at opleve. Estepona er en god by at slappe af med.

El apartamento esta tal cual se ve en las fotos, todo esta bastante nuevo, los colchones comodos para dormir, esta bien situado a 5 minutos de la playa y en pleno centro de estepona, para aparcar no hay zona azul y si no encuentras hay un parking municipal por 3€ el dia.
Las llaves nos las entrego Maria,una vecina todo bien con ella.
No hay a/c pero no lo echamos en falta hay ventiladores en todas las habitaciones.
En general quedamos muy contentos con nuestra estancia, por decir algo que echamos de menos un microondas siempre viene bien.

Lovely apartment in the centre of town
We arrived to find a clean, fresh, newly renovated apartment in a typical Spanish apartment block with everything we needed.
The apartment is a few steps away from the centre will all of the cafes, bars and restaurants as well as being just a few hundred yards from the seafront.
Bassell, the owner of the property, wasn't available but was in constant contact to make sure that our stay went as planned and was responsive whenever we had a question. We arrived vey late at night and asked to leave the apartment late as our flight was at midnight and he was happy to oblige.
For anyone wanting to experience real Spanish living during your break with all amenities at hand in a comfortable apartment then this place is a must.
