Nice place

The property was great! Wish it had been a little closer to the beach to walk. The only complaint I have is I saw two roaches in the kitchen. The property should have an exterminator come in and treat.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the house and our stay. The fenced-in yard was fantastic for our dog to run around, which was a big plus for us. The house was clean, very comfortable, and felt welcoming throughout our visit. The only suggestions we have are minor. Some of the furniture is a bit dated, and the living room couch could use replacing—it sinks noticeably on the right side when sitting and watching TV. The back porch sofa could also be repaired or replaced, as several cushions on one side sank quite a bit, making it difficult to stand up from the couch. The back porch itself was great; however, during a couple of rainy days, clogged gutters caused water to leak onto the covered deck area while we were sitting at the table playing games. A simple gutter cleaning would likely resolve this.Additionally, some of the online photos could be updated. The listing currently shows only one TV, but there are actually two—a large TV mounted above the fireplace mantel and another in the back bedroom.Overall, it was a great stay, and we’re really looking forward to staying here again in the future.
