Staff were very friendly and welcoming, and room was comfy despite being economy.
On the first day there was government construction which cut the water, but it's not the hotel's fault and they were super understanding!

I loved the staff, they were super helpful when we needed information and guidance. The cleaners were very kind. The hotel is very close to Taksim. Overall experience was good. They have an other spa hotel not too far that has a great modern hammam and pool. It was nice to visit.
The breakfast was limited and same every day, even though we asked many times (also in advance when did the booking) they did not really provide non-dairy milk or food options, not even decaf/herb tea. The other guests were very noisy, yelling on the corridors at 1 am - that is not the staff's fault but there is no rule about quiet hours. There were constructions next to the hotel which was very noisy all day long from early morning. If you are coming to a city tour, it is a good place. But not for comfort and rest.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient, especially for Taksim. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the warm hospitality.
Nothing in particular. We had a very pleasant stay.

The stuff were really good ,so understanding and polite the room was clean, close to taksim maidan, the breakfast was ok .
We came in a bad period of renovation . Too much noise and so much mess outside,in the first room we had no hot water. They helped us by changing the room to a better one.

"La posizione è nei pressi di piazza taksim e vicino alla linea della metro. La camera anche se situata al piano terra era confortevole."
