The flat had everything necessary for the stay with kids. The pool is very nice. Relevant information was sent by WhatsApp in advance, which was usefull.

The place lacks character. There was only one remote for 2 televisions on 2 separate levels. We asked for another one and were told that there is only one. There is no safe in the flat.

Nice pool and comfortable apartment

it was very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was large and had everything we needed. Both bathrooms were above average with adequate storage and more than enough room for toiletries. The pool was right in front of the apartment and it was in great condition with the water being a perfect temperature.

The host wasn’t very welcoming or particularly polite. Please be aware there is a 300€ cash deposit as I wasn’t aware. The checkout time is ridiculous as it’s 10AM which, to me, is unacceptable. Had I known we would have booked elsewhere. There are no A/C units downstairs but 3 A/C units right next to each other upstairs which is also ridiculous. For 1100€ for 2 nights we would expect better.

Lovely, clean and spacious with lovely pools. Larger pool was great for swimming lengths and there were always sun beds available! Nice relaxing vibe.

Needed another set of keys which the agent sorted out very quickly for us. Had a problem with one of the bikes which was included with the property.

Excellent facilities, everything that you could need. Very clean and well equipped. Perfect location.

Perfect location, clean and very well equipped kitchen

The photos and the plan of the house in booking.com are misleading. We were a group of 5 adults and we booked a house with a ground floor and a first floor with 2 balconies. What happened is that three of us had to stay in a basement where there was no natural light, no air conditioning and no basic amenities in the rooms like wardrobe, mirror, place for suitcases, etc. Apparently there were other people already accommodated in the same house on the first floor which we booked on the first place. Even though we contacted the owner and made a complaint about all of the above, we did not receive a discount on the price or any other compensation in that matter!
