Bed was too hard and couldn’t sleep

Washer is a plus and kitchenette.

Cleanliness and security needs improvement. Also receptionist area need to be rennovated bec they are always inside that small room. Also male receptionist is always rude and needs to get more training or replaced.

Bed was comfortable but little stiff. Room was still small for the size.

Fitness center was very dirty and not clean. Fitness equipment had so much dust and trash laying around, see picture. Some equipment doesn't work. When the staff was informed about it, their response was "This isn't a hotel and we don't manage the fitness center." If that is the response from the staff then what is point of advertising a clean and well maintained stay? In addition, there were loud noises of door slamming and people running down the hall ways in the middle of the night to around 4am. When the staff was informed about it, again their response was "This is not a hotel and we don't manage the residents living here". If it's not a hotel why is the name of the place "New Songtan Hotel"? Lastly, the AC wasn't very clean. Lots of dust around it. I've stayed here many times but this time the service is unsatisfactory.

Great location and perfect for long stays.

The view was good, staff was friendly and the location was perfect and close to everything.

There was no air conditioning remote, and I couldn't call reception for one, since the phone in the bedroom was not working. Some of the towels had holes in them.
