The hosts allowed me to check in late and provided detailed instructions on how to collect the keys from the lockbox.
Please update the instructions for the heating system, as they are out of date now that a new boiler has been installed.
The boiler wasn’t working when I arrived, but I really appreciated the quick response and prompt repair.

It was in a great location. Easy for town and bus / train stations. Comfortably accommodated 6 adults for sleep. Checking in was easy and the staff member who met us was very friendly and helpful.
The shower in the bedroom behind the kitchen did not work. The separate bathroom next to it had a very unpleasant smell.
There was a strong smell of gas next to the boiler in the living room, which was concerning.
