La gentilezza e disponibilità di Fernando il proprietario e la signora responsabile della casa le ho apprezzato molto e mi sono sentito a casa.
Avere dei bagni in comune per alcune stanze non è facile anche se le istruzioni sono scritte molto chiare non tutti le rispettano purtroppo. Ovviamente la proprietà non ha colpa ma forse bisogna dare istruzioni agli ospiti anche per scritto sulla cura degli spazi comuni.

The location is good, in a quiet greeny area near Avenida metro station. The beds are comfortable and the windows can be shut entirely for perfect darkness, and the small balcony is nice.
The room could REALLY use an AC. especially in the hot weather of lisbon that was 35° when i arrived.
Also, it really bothers that they have an automatic sensor for the lighting in the bathroom, especially because it doesn't work properly and it gets dark all of a sudden while you're showering or using the bathroom

The location was convenient and made it easy to explore Lisbon. The room itself was adequate for our stay and the check-in process was straightforward.
we were disappointed with the shared facilities. Since the accommodation is shared with other guests, the bathrooms became untidy at times and were not always cleaned or maintained to an acceptable standard. This affected the overall comfort of our stay.
If you don't mind shared accommodation, this may still be a suitable option, but we feel that more frequent cleaning and better maintenance of the shared bathrooms would significantly improve the guest experience.

It would be appreciated if proper kitchen crockery and cutlery is supplied. There were no coffee mugs. No beverages were supplied.
