It was comfortable. Not too far from downtown.

it was a beautiful hotel. room was spacious for a small suite.
room wasn’t cleaned completely when I arrived. garbage was still in cans, dust very noticeable, splatters on wall. room needs more mirrors.

Of course you don't get free breakfast. It easy access from Tomball Parkway (249).
You have to pay for food.

No breakfast at all due to covid but there's a bar doesn't make sense

I like how the staff provided me with the things I need like toothpaste and etc. and I also feel like my needs were meet as I also asked for a room with a great view and it was provided to me. Definitely would comeback to stay (:
Everything was excellent but I wish the pool was a lot more warmer than it was. It was super cold to even get in but besides that everything was amazing!!

The property was clean. The staff was attentive. It was pretty quiet, I felt like the only guest there. The room was super clean and everything worked as it should.
I didn’t like that the pool wasn’t heated.

A new looking, clean facility. Nice size rooms and clean bathrooms.

That it’s close to my destinations.
Bad workers. We have a problem every time we come back to this hotel. We complain every time and they say it’s our problem. Someone came into our room and they blamed it on us saying we weren’t supposed to be in the room!!! We can’t even speak to the manager since they aren’t ever there the works say they will for us.
This is the last straw not coming back ever again.

Rooms are not very neat…. You better check below the beds (full of trash) and some rooms has cigarette smell.
