Position was perfect

The house wasn’t as clean as expected. both toilets and sofa were quite dirty

the apartment was clean and the staff were responsive

The rooms were very small and we had problems using appliances. The burner on the stove didn’t work. The dryer quit working until I figured out that there was a water reservoir that needed to be emptied. I would suggest including a how-to binder with instructions for various things. The elevator is super small and didn’t work one of the days of our trip. They should also add an easy to use espresso coffee maker to the kitchen.

It stated that is was air conditioned. It was 104 degrees outside and no air conditioner or hot water the first day. I inquired upon check-in and the girl didn’t seem to really cared. She told me to call if it didn’t get better. I tried to call, text and email and received no response. we were miserable to say the very least. There weren’t enough towels for 3 days and 4 people. They offered no compensation. I was planning to stay on my trip in September, but that will not be happening! When we arrived the Uber driver could not find the address because it is not well marked. When I called the number having to use the WhatsApp, no one ever answered, but would text stating that they were there????

Check in process took about hour and a half as the person in charge had no idea about how the projector screen, netflix, housekeeping services operated. On booking.com they had mentioned that an nespresso machine would be provided, there was no machine in the apartment during checkin. Upon multiple requests, this was still not provided. Two of the three cooking stoves were not working. Most of the kitchen and cooking ingredients were barely available. We had paid additional money for housekeeping service for one of the days which was very poorly done. Except changing of towels and bed sheets, they had not replenished any of the other amenities, nor cleaned the dishes or mopped the floors as promised. For the amount they charging, completely a waste of money apartment!!

The living room was spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was ultra nice. Grocery store very close by.

Shower took a very long time to get warm water.
