Il cortijo è spazioso e confortevole ed è accuratamente decorato in stile tradizionale. Al piano terra dispone di 3 soggiorni, una grande sala da pranzo con un tavolo per 18 persone, una grande cucina completamente attrezzata, un bagno e una camera matrimoniale con bagno privato.
Al primo piano ha un piccolo appartamento con 2 camere matrimoniali e un bagno; altre 2 camere matrimoniali, una delle quali con il proprio bagno; una camera con 4 letti a castello per 8 bambini; e un altro bagno completo.
Il vecchio guadarnés della casa è stato rinnovato come una sala giochi e ha un camino.
Nel giardino lussureggiante e molto curato c'è una grande piscina recintata, 15x6m. circa, oltre a un gazebo con cucina esterna e barbecue, e diverse zone giorno con comodi mobili da giardino. La piscina è in funzione tutto l'anno.
L'agriturismo si trova in una tenuta privata, Prado de Uncina, di 10 ettari. Un paio di guardiani vivono in una casa separata, si prendono cura del giardino e della piscina e sono disponibili per aiutare i nostri ospiti quando necessario.
Esistono diversi cani che vivono nella fattoria, ma che possono essere salvati su richiesta dell'ospite.

We received a warm welcome from the caretaker Pedro, the communication with our host was excellent all the way through, Aircon enabled us to sleep at night as it did reach temperatures of 40 degrees during our stay! The villa is beautifully clean, beds comfy and the the villa is designed where even with a very large family party everybody still felt as if they had plenty of space. The pool and the pool house was lovely, Coreo del Rio as a Town is also lovely, and we dined at Lantana. Had some great tapas in the town also, the beach at Punto Umbria was gorgeous and Sevilla is utterly beautiful. We need to brush up on our Spanish!! all in all one of the best family holidays we’ve had together. Thank you for a great experience.

We rented the house for a work retreat with colleagues from around the world, and it was absolutely ideal. Everyone had their own space and there were a lot of different common areas for us to spread out and feel like we had enoughroom to work and relax. The outdoor barbeque area is an awesome bonus, and we used it every day. Communication with the host was wonderful. We had everything we needed and they were available anytime we had a question with a very quick response. The only thing was the ad said there was a restaurant within walking distance, but it turns out that it has closed permanently, so you will definitely need a car or be prepared to use a taxi or a ride service to get into the town for food and restaurants, although it’s not far by car (5-10 mins). Highly recommend the space for families or groups!

We had an absolutely fantastic time here as a large group with infants and toddlers. The villa was amazing and exactly what we were looking for. We spent so much time in the garden and round the pool, and also sat out in an evening for food and drinks in the bbq area. Host Viveca had fantastic communication, and Pedro was so helpful and caring throughout our stay… the children were sad to have to say goodbye to him! The villa is a bit of a distance from other places, this wasn’t a problem for us as we just wanted to relax, but it is worth hiring a car to explore further. Thank you so much Viveca and Pedro for being so kind and attentive during our stay!
