I was a little concerned about safety in the area as men would be sitting in their stoops drinking and leaving beer cans and/or bottles when I came back in late afternoon. Otherwise, this is a lovely apartment in a reasonably central area.

Sehr gute Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt zur Stadtbesichtigung
Angenehme, großzügige Wohnung, von der aus das Zentrum bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Kein Problem einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Sehr schöbne Wohnung, exakt wie beschrieben!
Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben. Wir wurden herzlich Empfangen und alles wurde erklärt. Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben. Es war wirklich richtig sauber! Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, alles ist vorhanden und funktioniert. Parkplätze gibt es in der Straße direkt vor dem Haus. Die Straßen sind recht eng. Wir hatten einen Fiat 500L, viel größer sollte das Auto nicht sein. Bäcker, Fleischer, Lebensmittelladen und Eis im Umkreis von 100 m. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten.
Wir waren absolut zufrieden und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen!

Très bon séjour
L'appartement est très soigné et de nombreux petits détails très accueillants. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Le seul problème est le bruit extérieur (rue et patio intérieur commun à plusieurs logements).

Consigliatissimo!!!
Ottima posizione al centro della città ma con ampia possibilità di parcheggio. Casa molto pulita,dotata di tutti comfort. La proprietaria, signora Antonietta stata molto gentile e disponibile accogliere le nostre esigenze.

appartement spacieux, bien équipé et parfaitement propre.
Bien placé car proche d'Ortigia (15min), Néapolis (15min), supérettes (5 min) ou de la gare (15 min).
Idéal pour les vacances sans voitures.

Very spacious apartment
Well presented and spacious apartment within reasonable distance of Ortigia and all the things we planned to see. The only thing missing from it for English guests was a kettle!! Some issues at the beginning of the week but these were sorted out quickly.

Séjour agréable
L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce :propre, lumineux, spacieux, calme. Il est situé dans un quartier authentique.
L'accueil de Daniela est très sympathique et efficace.
Le stationnement est aisé.
Par contre il manque un peu d'informations pratique concernant le quartier, notamment pour les commerces
Il faut aussi préciser que le centre ville d'ORTIGIA se situe à environ 25 bonnes minutes à pied (nous sommes marcheurs), ce qui n'est pas un problème lorsque l'on est averti.
Notre séjour serait parfait si Antoniétta nous faisait enfin parvenir la facture que nous lui réclamons depuis que nous avons réglé (ABRITEL nous a confirmé que c'était au propriétaire de transmettre ce document).

Un très bon séjour
Appartement très fonctionnel et très bien placé dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Idéal pour la famille. A 10min à pied de temple d'Apollon et 10min du parc archéologique. Antonieta est disponible et répond rapidement aux messages.

My husband and I spent 6 nights at Antonietta's apartment. It was a great space, large completely equipped. We were greeted by Luciano who showed us everything and was available whenever we needed him. Antonietta was always in contact via email to make sure our stay was pleasant.
We would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Schöne Wohung in idealer Lage
Wir haben 2 Wochen in der schönen Wohung in der Nähe der Kirche St. Lucia verbracht und diese sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt benötigt. Alle nötigen Läden, sowie Apotheke und Ärzte (die man hoffentlich nicht in Anspruch nehmen muss) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Parkplätze findet man ohne Mühe vor der Tür.
Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Vermieter haben sich mehrfach während unseres Aufetnhaltes erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento in agosto con la mio marito, mio figlio di 10 anni e la nipotina di 12 .
L appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort :aria condizionata ,cucina attrezzata , camere ampie, bagno comodo in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa .
Con una passeggiata di 10 minuti si è in centro a Ortigia e a 2 minuti si trovano negozi di alimentari e banchetti della frutta .

Parfait !
Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans l'appartement. Antonietta est à l écoute et répond très rapidement à chaque message. Luciano nous a accueilli chaleureusement et à pris le temps de nous renseigner. L appartement est clair et spacieux, et très bien équipé .

Casa accogliente!
Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, abbiamo trovato la casa pulitissima e vi è tutto il necessario per la cucina e la pulizia. La casa si trova al secondo piano di una piccola palazzina a 5 minuti da Ortigia (con la macchina), attorno alla casa ci sono diversi negozi in cui è possibile trovare di tutto. Un unico grande difetto è il fatto che l’aria condizionata si trova solo in due stanze (in una camera da letto e nel salotto) lasciando scoperta una camera da letto in cui fa veramente caldo nonostante sia presente un ventilatore. A parte questo il soggiorno è stato perfetto e sia la padrona di casa che il signor Luciano sono stati estremamente disponibili per ogni dubbio o necessità.

Sehr schöne und großzügige Wohnung,
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße 10-15min zu Fuß von der wunderschönen Altstadt (Ortigia) von Syrakus entfernt, man kann mit dem Auto in der Straße parken (kleines Auto wegen enger Straßen zu empfehlen!). Auch die tollen Ausgrabungsstätten von Neapolis (Teatro Greco, Ohr des Dyonisios) sind in 15min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und mit einer modernen Küche mit Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Die Räume sind sehr hoch und haben eine Kuppeldecke. Im Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer stehen stilvolle alte Möbel, der Rest ist modern eingerichtet.
Das eine Schlafzimmer ist an der wenig befahrenen Straße gelegen und hat eine Klimaanlage, das andere geht auf einen kleinen und absolut ruhigen Innenhof, keine Klimaanlage. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine weitere Klimaanlage.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt mit 2 Kindern, der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett und prompt. Vor Ort gibt einen sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Menschen, der einem alles erklärt (auf englisch).
Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!!
