Il nostro condominio climatizzato si affaccia su giardini ben curati con vista sull'oceano senza ostacoli. La cucina ha controsoffitti in cemento e nuovi elettrodomestici top-end. Il nostro condominio offre tutto il necessario per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza in paradiso. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto Comodo divano sfoderabile, interno ed esterno per mangiare. Nuove lenzuola, soffici asciugamani. Anche una serie di abiti! à possibile guardare l'oceano e le montagne mentre ci si rilassa nel letto king-size. Il bagno ha una doccia walk-in per una facile accessibilità . La cucina aperta e il soggiorno si aprono sul lanai. La cucina è ben fornita di tutto ciò di cui potresti aver bisogno. Una NUOVA lavatrice e asciugatrice si aggiungono alla praticità dell'unità . C'è la TV via cavo nel soggiorno e nella camera da letto. C'è una cassaforte per oggetti di valore. Sono forniti asciugamani da spiaggia e attrezzatura per lo snorkeling, frigorifero e boogie board. La connessione Wi-Fi è disponibile nel condominio.

We found your property and condo very delightful. The condo had most everything we needed for cooking, had plenty of towels for personal, pool and sun, beach chairs, snorkeling equipment. Even some basic spices in the kitchen, enough paper goods for most of the week which we refreshed before the end of our stay. Sufficient cleaning supplies and nice appliances. It took a couple of tries to understand the dishwasher and the washer dryer combo. All was in great working order .
The nightly sound of the waves put us to sleep and the view from the lanai was Awesome as was the whale watching from the same spot. The property was quiet and pretty much occupied by our same vintage đđ The manager is hard working and we often observed him cleaning the grill area, raking the sand and all around cleaning and maintaining the grounds. Very nice man and Iâm sorry to have not asked his name. Parking was easy and all in all we would visit this condo again.
We loved the little market walking south and across the street. All the vendors were so nice. The Ahi Poke bowl was amazing, so was the chocolate vendor, the Hawaiian soap, etc. I brought my Ukulele and enjoyed the sunsets as I played. The waves were pleasant and quite loud so I donât think anyone else could hear my playing and thatâs okay, lol.
One drawback is that there arenât a lot of routes to walk other than the busy Alii Road.
Time to upgrade your sheets and the comforter was getting rather pillballed . Mahalo đđđ´

This is one of the best units we have stayed at in Kona. Best unit in the complex and close to so many things. We can't wait to come back!!

This had everything we needed and wanted -- oceanfront, quiet, clean, private, and great location. The only glitch was that we weren't given the condo # so we had to contact the building manager when we got there to find out where it was. We plan on returning to this location often.

Condo is exactly as pictured - very nice, clean, well-equipped and with a gorgeous view (especially at sunset!). Owners were very responsive; for example there was no kettle in the apt. and they delivered a brand new one within a couple of hours of our asking. While no direct access to ocean, the âbeachâ seating area was lovely. Area where the complex is located is ok - but be prepared to drive everywhere.

Nice, quiet condo located directly on the beach. Listing is accurate to what you arrive to. Condo is stocked with everything you will need to make meals, wash clothes, etc. Quiet property, close to restaurants shopping. AC works great. Would stay again

Great little place right on the ocean! Everything was just perfect. Very quiet complex⌠close to town & everything we needed! Host was very accommodating & fast to respond!

The place was nice. We found the beach chairs, towels, and snorkel equipment helpful so we did not have to rent them. The place is a short drive to the beaches and downtown Kona. The air conditioning came in handy since some days it was 89 and no breeze at night. There is a convenience store next door which is helpful for food when we did not feel like driving to the grocery store.

We have been to the Hawaiian Islands 10 times. Twice to the Big Island. This is the best place we have ever rented. We picked it due to the high rating, and it was accurate. We were there over the 4th of July. It was clean, comfortable, and quite. Even on the 4th. Perfect location, perfect view, perfect condo. Wish I owned it!

Beautiful view of the ocean with gorgeous sunsets. The condo itself was absolutely perfect! Very up-to-date with everything you need. They had boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs and a cooler for us to use. Weâd definitely stay there again.

Location was perfect. Literally on the ocean. 3rd floor balcony. Beautiful sunsets. Extremely clean. Nice washer and dryer. We really appreciated the foil, plastic wrap, spices, little coffee & coffee filters & closthes detergent pods to get us started for our week. There was ice maker in freezer. The pool was nice and the little sandy area just before the rocks to the ocean were great too. We can't wait to visit again.

Great Condo with a terrific ocean view. Spent every morning on the lanai drinking coffee and watching the ocean and sunrise and every afternoon on the lanai drinking an adult beverage and watching the sunset.
I'll be back next year.

Property was great. My husband and I enjoyed the convenience to all things to do, but yet out of the hustle of Kona proper. Condo was clean, AC worked well when needed, owners were friendly and easy to work with.

This rental was exactly as pictured. It was very very clean. There was not a speck of dust anywhere and yes, I checked. Everything was fully stocked with anything that you needed to make a meal or make yourself comfortable, there was plenty of blankets and pillows, thick and quality made, beach towels, pool, equipment, beach, chairs, you name it and it was there and itâs all quality. We spent every morning on the balcony, drinking coffee and feeding these two cute little yellow birds that would land on our hands and eat from our hands. The unit is in the very front and has amazing views and itâs also very very quiet. We were able to sleep in till almost noon to days of our trip, which literally never happens to us because we are very light sleepers. The parking and access is very easy and the property managers were great, very accommodating, and we had a chance to chat with them in the pool for a little bit on our last evening. Both very cool people. this is a great location where you could easily walk to town but we were a little spoiled and drove ourselves in. Also, I really liked the fact that there was hypoallergenic laundry soap because normally when we get to a rental, I have to immediately wash all towels and bedding as my husband is very sensitive, so I really appreciate it not having to do that here. everything was clean and fresh and smelled wonderful. The pool is heated and this was again one of the first times we were able to get directly into the pool on a rental because most places do not eat their pool and evening warm locations it can be cold. We spent a lot of time in the pool up until evening hours and it was amazing. Also very clean and we saw the property manager cleaning the grounds multiple times a day and the pool. Overall, this is a great spot and we would definitely come back. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

Waking up with ocean views while eating breakfast on the balcony was definitely our highlight. This place is well equipped with all of the cooking/utensils needed to enjoy a homely stay.

Stunning oceanfront condo for the two of us. Nicely updated and comfy. Had everything we needed from all the beach things, to card games, books, and a well stocked kitchen. Contacted manager about a broken beach chair and had a replacement the next day! Super and quick communication! Best thing was the breathtaking view of the ocean, watching the sunset from the balcony, and listening to the waves crash. Only slight negative, and itâs slight, is the very tiny parking spot but we made it work. I would stay here again without hesitation.

We loved our time at Kona Isle. The ocean views alone are spectacular! The unit is exactly as pictured/described, but better: quiet, welcoming, well-stocked, and the perfect size for two adults. Location is excellent, close enough to "downtown" if you want to spend time there, or easy access to the main roads that lead elsewhere. We spent our days on the road, and so coming back to this unit for sunsets every evening was a joy. Communication with Christine was easy and clear throughout; we also appreciated her checking in on us when the waves were battering Hawaii one day. We would (and will) stay here again in a heartbeat. P.s. When the waves ARE big, the public saltwater pool immediately next door is a total BLAST -- highly recommend.

Great Location & Perfect for a Couple
It's all about the view....the pictures of the condo are accurate; however, they really don't do the view justice. There was always space to lounge by the pool or beside the crashing surf and we never had to wait for a grill.
The only quibble I have is that the upholstery on the sofa and ottoman is looking tired, faded and ripped and snagged in places. A throw had been artfully placed to hide the wear on the sofa, but it needs to be replaced soon, nonetheless. Christine did send a message after we checked in indicating a new sofa cover had been ordered but would not arrive before we left.
I would definitely stay here again if this unit were available.

Clean and beautifully maintained and stocked retreat perfect for two. Right on the beach in the Kona area close to farmerâs markets and restaurants. Watch spinner dolphins and wildlife and listen to songbirds as you watch the sunrise/sunset from the balcony. Weâll be back!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was just as described! The location couldnât have been better and having the waves crashing right below a real bonus. The unit was decorated very wellâloved all the accessories. Lots of cooking utensils, etc. for meals. We felt so at home here that we only ate dinner out twice in 10 days. Having the grills on the grounds made it so easy.
