Waterfront home on the lake shore of Beautiful Lake Memphremagog, Newport, VT.
Una bella casa sul mare con tre camere da letto in un tranquillo quartiere situato in una tranquilla Lane sulle rive occidentali a Newport VT. Ottima vista sul lago, sia che ti siedi al tavolo della sala da pranzo, sul ponte o sdraiati sul prato. C'è una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale, una con una dimensione intera e una con un letto singolo. La cucina è completamente arredata con piatti e utensili. Lenzuola e asciugamani sono forniti e una lavatrice e asciugatrice sono lì per il vostro uso. Il soggiorno offre una TV via cavo con un lettore DVD. WiFi è anche incluso. Una griglia a propano si trova appena fuori dal patio per i tuoi piaceri alla griglia. Sei a pochi minuti da ristoranti, negozi, pista ciclabile, cinema, darsena e porto turistico, ma ti senti come se fossi lontano da tutto. Jay Peak è a solo mezz'ora di distanza, dove si può godere di un grande parco acquatico al coperto e possibilmente una corsa in tram verso la cima dove è possibile visualizzare le ampie vedute.

I want it known that Dennis and Annette were the most gracious hosts. What happened during our stay could have happened to anyone. We were also the first guests of their 2026 season. We did have four small mice who decided to crash our stay. Dennis and Annette handled it as best they could to help remove the little critters. We had more trouble with Vrbo customer service than the hosts. Our experience with Vrbo customer service was some of the worst customer service I have ever had. They told me that in order to help us at all we had to wait 5 hours for the hosts. At the beginning of the call I had let the Vrbo Representative that the hosts were out of town and not available to help with the mice situation at the time. The representative was not willing to help us at all. No offer to rectify the situation, nothing. The hosts came by when they got home from their trip and apologized and personally compensated us for the mice. But Vrbo could have done better as a company. Please do not let the mice incident off put you to this rental, the view is amazing, overall it was comfortable and welcoming! My partner caught so many fish off the dock. I know you will enjoy it as much as we did.

Very nice well appointed cottage on the lake. Owners were very thoughtful with everything in the cottage and responded quickly to texts. I’d highly recommend!

Excellent stay! The location is incredibly peaceful and the house very comfortable. We’ve never seen a rental with such a well-stocked kitchen/dining equipment situation. There’s at least one of everything you could possibly need, and probably 3. The weather didn’t really cooperate for us, so we didn’t get to take advantage of the dock, swimming, etc. but thoroughly enjoyed the deck and fire pit. Due simply to the layout of the house, there’s not really a comfortable way to be indoors and enjoying the view, so we were glad it didn’t rain much. We enjoyed meeting Dennis, he was very helpful, and we would happily stay again!

Easiest check-in. Wonderful hosts who had thought of and provided everything one can imagine. Beautiful and comfortable property.
