Ubicación y atención del personal

El sofá cama era incómodo. el departamento tiene solo una ventana q se abre, no tiene aire ni ventilación y el sol hace un efecto invernadero muy fuerte por los ventanales gigantes que tiene

El departamento es lindo, limpio, cómodo la atención muy buena y tiene una buena ubicación.

Que en la ducha de atrás no salía agua caliente

Excelente ubicación, cerca de muchas cosas por hacer y gran atención del personal.

Close to everything and the easy access to the gym

The breakfasts were very good. We appreciated the staff and how they helped store our extra luggage when we went to the beach for a few days.

The apartment didn't have a coffee maker and it had an odd assortment of dishes and cups for 5 people. The water was not consistently hot in the showers.

Very convenient location (walking distance to the huge shopping centres and close to transport). The cafe downstairs is an added bonus in the morning too.

The apartment is behind the cafe, so you have to walk through a building to get inside, there are no outside views and I think the property was offices converted into apartments, so a bit strange - but very good value and fine if you're just planning to use for somewhere to stay in Quito - but if you want to see outside, choose a different option.
