Può la fattoria Sivella Groc si trova nella valle degli aranci di Soller, Mallorca ospita una casa a due piani costruito nel 1940 e completamente ristrutturato nel 2016.

Si tratta di una casa mediterranea con un accento francese, che ha mantenuto il suo fascino originale da ristrutturare. L'interno della casa ha tre camere da letto (una con due letti singoli e due con letto matrimoniale) e una camera da letto accessorio per il bagno, se necessario (disponibilità per un lettino in nessuno di essi), due bagni completamente attrezzati, soggiorno, cucina e una cantina nel seminterrato.
Offre accesso a Internet via Wi-Fi e TV satellitare internazionale.
La casa è circondata da un ampio giardino di 7. 500m2 da dove si possono vedere le montagne della Sierra de Tramontana e la bassa valle di Soller. Avanti esterno della casa dispone di una piscina di acqua salata, terrazze, chill out area, portico e parcheggio per due auto (numerose biciclette disponibili). Più lontano è un altro parcheggio per diverse auto, pollaio, capannoni e grande stagno per l'irrigazione di alberi da frutta e verdura.

The property was out of this world and professionally and tastefully finished. It was exactly what we wanted for 3 couples with separate rooms and bathrooms. The host, Antoni, was extremely friendly and helpful and went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and we had everything we needed. His father also made is feel welcome and brought us some avocados from his tree and some fresh eggs from his chickens. We picked fresh oranges every morning from his tree to juice for breakfast. In all we had an excellent and very pleasant week in the property which was located in a fabulous and beautiful area. The pool was delightful in the afternoon heat. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious break in the quiet beautiful area close to Sóller.

Toni and Gabriel were fantastic hosts - extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and memorable stay at Christmas. They had arranged for a tree for us to decorate, set up the lights outside and a wreath on the door, and were always on hand to assist with any requests.The villa was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and was finished to a high standard throughout following refurbishment several years ago to this charming family owned property and former farmhouse. We loved being welcomed home by the goats, chickens, rabbits and geese, and surrounded by the orange grove and avocado trees, with its fantastic views of the mountains. The house is just a short walk away from the little village of Biniaraix, and Fortnalux and Sóller are nearby (within walking distance, or a short drive), so there was plenty to explore.

Absolutely breathtaking. Couldn’t fault the property. We had the most incredible time in the most magical place.The property had everything you could possibly need plus more.Having access to fresh produce from the grounds and my children being able to interact with the farm animals was very special.Muchas gracias Gabriel y Toni.

The moment you arrive at Can Sevilla Groc your shoulders will automatically go down and you will instantly feel relaxed and at peace. The house is beautifully placed at the end of the orange valley and as a family living in the city it is a pleasure to feel the slow Mediterranean pace of living. Taking a break from the daily routines and appreciate the simple life at Can Sevilla Groc is exactly what you will find here in the well renovated finca with the lovely pool. The house is well equipped with all you can ask for and as an extra bonus you can enjoy all the oranges and vegetables you feel like just outside the house. The surrounding mountains and the orange valleys give a feeling of being almost alone although you are quite close to Soller and easily can take a walk to Biniaraix or the short drive to Fornalutx. Toni is a very pleasant host who daily takes care of the animals and the oranges. After less than a day our kids already asked if we could stay at Can Sevilla Groc next year – that is how much they enjoyed it :-)
