L'appartamento è Triplex, è composto da 3 piani e può ospitare 2 o 4 persone.
Piano 1: due camere da letto con 2 letti matrimoniali (1,95x1,40 mt). Include biancheria da letto. + Bagno completo con asciugamani, shampoo, gel da bagno e asciugacapelli.
Piano 2: ampia sala con eccellente illuminazione naturale e con balcone. + 1 WC + La cucina indipendente è dotata di frigorifero, fornello a gas, forno, microonde, tostapane, caffettiera italiana, bollitore elettrico, piatti / posate, varietà di tè, zucchero e sale.
Piano 3: Al piano superiore si trova una stanza con un'immensa luce naturale e una terrazza con vista panoramica sul centro città, attrezzata con tavolo, sedie e ombrelloni (vedi le nostre foto!).

We loved this apartment. The furniture and furnishings exuded a good sense of taste. The wall art in every room gave me a good feeling. The proprietor met us on arrival and showed us around. She also arranged for a cab to the airport at departure. Her place is an oasis in an odd, changing, neighborhood of plain front and some crumbling buildings with new construction all around. If we were to return to Porto we would choose this place again.

We appreciated Paula's availability when we arrived and the information she provided. She was really nice and helpful.
The apartment is perfectly located, just a 5 to 10 minutes walk from Porto's historical center.
The apartment is nice and has a unique cachet, but needs a serious cleanup. Dust everywhere, dirty rugs in the bathroom, the bedroom and in the living room, sofa and cussions not inviting due to the lack of cleanliness, sticky kitchen cupboards, dirty plates. Most annoying detail : bugs under the kitchen sink and in the bathroom near the kitchen.
It looks like the cleaning company is only doing the strick necessary between rentals. I can understand all the positive comments that appear in the guest comments book found in the dining room, but unless the points above are corrected, I would not recommend this apartment for now.
Overall, this apartment has a lot of potential and Paula is a great host.

Very good location for visiting the town of Porto, our host Paula had been in contact prior to our arrival and gave us clear instructions on methods of getting to the property from the airport. Paula greeted us outside from our Taxi and took us into the accommodation we're she gave us an overview of the property and amenities, supermarkets, town and a tour of the property. Really clean and over 3 floors giving great views from the top floor veranda. The property provided us with everything we needed and more. Paula gave us maps that they had made up with everything we needed explained about the property, lift door keys etc.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights - our flight was late, but Paula was waiting for us when we arrived.
Mercado Bolhão, Cathedral and river all walkable.

This apartment has all you need and more. The location is ideal and everything you need is nearby. The beautiful artwork in the apartment compliments the city of Porto. We looked forward to coming home each day to relax in this lovely environment. The apartment is spacious and sunny and feels like home. Paula was the perfect hostess and was available to help with whatever was needed. We have such warm memories of our visit to Porto!

We had a wonderful stay in the Alfama District and Paula's place was just right and very well situated to enjoy the city by walking. Communication as we approached the rental was spot on and she met us upon arrival. We were comfortable throughout the 3 days we stayed. Many thanks! B

Paula was very warm, welcoming and responsive both before and during our stay. The warm colors of the decor, artwork (some paintings by Paula), African themed art and parquet floor made it feel cozy. The double/full size mattresses in the two beds aren’t for overly large people. It was a bit of a hike to and from the river where all the action is. Because of the torrential rain we didn’t also explore up the hill to the park. We found some very good restaurants nearby our last two nights. Getting the washing machine to open at the end of a cycle was challenging, but we managed. A nice view of neighboring gardens out back. Had we had better weather to enjoy it, the generously size deck is a big draw. Overall, very comfortable.

We loved our stay in Paula’s place. The multi-levels gave us different places to sit and enjoy ourselves. The upper deck was lovely. Beds were very comfortable. We were able to walk to pretty much everything from Paula’s. She was very accommodating about our very late but unavoidable late arrival. The place is noisy at night with lots of street traffic and yelling. Bring ear plugs.

The apartment is much bigger than we expected and has everything you need. The terrace is lovely and spacious and the location is close enough to walk to either a metro station or even down to the harbour. Would definitely go back to both the city and apartment!

We enjoyed our stay in Porto. There were lots of places to eat within a 5 minute walk of the apartment. Nearby grocery store as well. The setup of the unit worked very well for 2 couples.

Wonderful Apartment
If anything the apartment was even nicer than the pictures on the listing. Clean, comfortable and very nicely equipped. The beds were very comfortable which a great bonus when traveling. Lots of windows for light and fresh air.
The neighborhood is away from all the bustle but some of the local businesses have been hit by the pandemic and are no longer open. It appears there were more restaurants closer but unfortunately are now closed. We did not have any problem finding others that were not too far. Grocery store is just at the top of the hill so we did shop and do some cooking at the apartment. A couple of sharp knives would be a great addition.
Really enjoyed our stay and the hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

We truly enjoyed our 12 day stay in Paula and Sergio’s Porto apartment. They are wonderful hosts – communication before and during our stay was excellent. Their apartment is wonderful in terms of decoration, comfort, and location. You can tell that it is very important to Paula and Sergio that their guests enjoy the apartment, the city and the surrounding areas. Their map with walking tour suggestions was invaluable to us. We relied on their restaurant suggestions along the walking tour routes and were never disappointed. We have already recommended the apartment to friends. Thank you, Paula and Sergio.

By far the best property we have stayed in on the 4 week trip. Spacious, very well appointed, extremely well decorated and very accessible to all attractions, close to downtown (although mostly uphill on the way home). The elevator is a nice touch, not sure I could have climbed 4 flights of stairs twice a day. The terrace is very nice, beds are comfortable. Paula and Sergio were most helpful in recommenading restaurants and points of interest. Very nice visit.

This was a great apartment in a cool city on a good street which was close enough to the city centre but far enough away from the hectic pace. Paula was great meeting us at the apartment and answering all our questions. We 💘 the apartment and will recommend it to anyone looking for a great dtay. A bonus is the restaurant Apego?? right across the road we enjoyed it immensely. Once again Thankyou Paula for sharing your great apartment with us. Patti & John

Great 2 bedroom apartment!
Paula was great! The apartment had everything we needed to enjoy Porto but still have the ability to kick back, enjoy cooking our own breakfasts or stay in for dinner. The location is great, not far from metro, banks, grocery store.

Good location near to metro
Nice apartment. It’s an easy walk down to the main shopping area but difficult walk back up the hill so we got the metro back up which was a lot easier. Paula & Sergio were there to meet us with a very helpful map very friendly people. The apartment was nice loved the view from roof terrace. The only problem was the shower one minute hot then freezing cold all the time you are in it very temperamental. But we enjoyed our stay thank you.

Comfortable place in the hart of Porto. Wonderful hosts
We stayed at this wonderful place for a couple of nights during the recent trip to Porto. The place is in the heart of Porto, walking distance (15 mins) to the river and near very many restaurants that serve vegetarian options. The hosts are wonderful and very helpful. They greeted us at the apartment along with local Port wine and some packaged goodies. They also recommended on how we can plan our days while in Porto.
The place is close to the famous cafe and library where Harry Potter took inception.
A definite recommendation who wants to spend comfortable time in Porto.

Wonderful Porto Apartment
We were very happy with our recent stay at this Porto apartment. Place was clean and comfortable with a rooftop terrace that had beautiful views! The hosts were wonderful and went out of their way to provide information on places to check out in Porto. Highly recommend this apartment if visiting Porto, very central location.
