Outstanding location. 20 min walk to Grote Markt and easy 40 minute walk along the canal to the train station. The road had a king size bed and A/C. There was a spectacular bakery about 20 metres away and a cheese/cured meat shop just around the corner. 15 minute walk to big grocery store. Staff were really helpful and responsive to inquiries.
Stairs were steep and narrow so you had to be vigilant about foot placement and able to carry your luggage upstairs. It would have been good to have a kettle and mugs in the room for coffee but the host allowed us to use the kettle in the breakfast room. (Breakfast was available for extra €17.50/person).
They did not have a smart TV - just cable TV.

Great location, great friendly staff member and great room. We were very happy with the accommodation and it exceeded expectations.

We didn´t have breakfast at the property, as you can find cheaper breakfast. The room was fine and clean. The staff were normal, I read lots of reviews saying they were great, I think maybe management changed.
