The location of the villa with access to the beach was great. The terrace was a great size with beautiful views. The villa would also be a good base to explore the nearby towns- with a car (we did not). The communication with the host was amazing. The villa had almost everything - and in good condition-needed for our stay.

The villa grounds and huge terrace. need some upgrading to improve its look and the villa/ apartment downstairs below is being renovated. The metal spiral staircase to enter and exit the villa would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Fantastic location, with amazing views from the terrace and a private gate leading directly to the beach. Good starting point to explore by car many beautiful towns and cities: the closest is Monopoli, other places worth driving to include Ostuni, Lecce, Matera, Martina Franca. The apartment is simply furnished but has all the essentials. We arrived late on a Sunday evening when shops were closed and it was pleasant to find in the apartment coffe, milk and biscuits for the following morning’s breakfast - and a bottle of local wine! We communicated via WhatsApp with the owner who was very helpful and kind. Definitely a very pleasant stay.

Nothing really - someone with restricted mobility however may find it difficult to reach the apartment because of a narrow external staircase
