Arrived at the property late at night and Mathilde was on hand to speak to. Everything was lined up ready for us to get in. Great Host.

the moment you get the property, it’s hidden away and it’s private. I was welcomed to the property, which I thought was really nice. then the room is spacious with a big bathroom and kitchen area. the perk of the place is that you get a bottle of champagne, plenty of tea and coffee. they even provided good quality products.
honestly I would go back as it’s value for money!

We were able to access the inner courtyard to park our car. This was much better than street parking.
The washing machine is shared between 5 apartments. This was not clear in the description of the apartment.

Very clean new property in the heart of Le Mans yet very peaceful. Parking and apartment very secure behind locked gates and doors.
