Lovely Cottage in the Heart of Long Island Wine country
Tranquillo cottage fronte mare con due camere da letto, 1 1/2 bagni, divano letto nel soggiorno può ospitare altri due, e bella schermato in veranda per godersi il bellissimo stagno vista-guardare ospreys sorvolare, o godersi il laghetto utilizzando kayak, pedalò o canoa che viene fornito con il noleggio. 10 minuti a piedi dalla bellissima spiaggia sana dietro l'angolo, a pochi minuti dalle cantine, dal villaggio di Southold e da Greenport.

Cottage had everything that was needed. Fireplace was the best and cottage was very comfortable. The view was amazing, very private and peaceful. Would highly recommend. Eileen was very easy to work with and available if needed. Thank you again for a wonderful stay Eileen.

The website says lakeview, however the pond/ lake is not visible in the summer. Website pictures are deceiving. Also, the website says laundry however, there was no laundry on the property. When the owner was contacted she said that i could take my laundry to the a location in town which would be at my own expense. This was a problem because it was a beach vacation and towels and bathing suits were unable to dry due to the humidity. Upon checking out, the check out instructions on the refrigerator stated that there was no garbage pick up by the town therefore i had to take my garbage with me or there would be a fee. I feel that i paid for a service and should not have been asked to take my garbage with me.
