Собствениците и персонала са изключително гостоприемни и сърдечни хора и ни накараха да се почувстваме като у дома си. Храната беше много вкусна и на достъпни цени, а уютният ресторант и приятната музика допълниха удоволствието от престоя ни. Красивата природа, която заобикаля хотела, в съчетание с топлата минерална вода създава прекрасни условия за пълноценна почивка. Благодарим за топлото посрещане! С удоволствие бихме се върнали отново!
Нямаме забележки към престоя си.

everything
a bit small. breakfast start only at 08:30. Very late compare to the usual hotels (around 7am) but other than that, we like it very much.

A hotel with huge potential. Very comfortable rooms, good design, surrounded by the forest, right next to a river. Could be haven.
Staff are helpful but not professional, you feel like you’re in their kitchen. No office, so all inside discussions are made in the restaurant right next to your table. So while you are eating, you listen about problems or orders or cleaning or gossips.
Maybe with little training in hotel management the place could be really, really good.

Been going there for close to ten years now and returning every year or so. The mineral water is very pleasant and all pools function Restaurant has a renovated furniture. The food has always maintained its taste and quality.. The large rooms are also updated. The hosts very welcoming and kind.
The stray dogs who always find a way to get into the property and since I travel with my small dog it can be a bit stressful
