Beautiful apartment , cosy feel with lots of character. Very well equipped , well furnished and clean.. So convenient for all amenities. Our second visit and would happily return.

The bedroom stairs seem more challenging a few years on from our last visit ! They are a bit slippery so take care.

It was such a lovely little place, it was so cozy and cute.

lovely accommodation right in the heart of the village

The accommodation and location were superb. It was beautifully decorated and furnished and so comfortable and spotless. The lovely welcome pack was very thoughtful. We cant wait to stay again.

Location was perfect right on the high street. Owner was lovely, provided more than expected. Property was beautiful.

I think the property would be better for just two adults, the sofa bed was hard to make up each day. This is a personal feeling but not used to so many stairs!

I am very fussy but I could find no fault at all. The decor was amazing and the rooms beautiful. We had a great stay!

The location was fantastic. The hamper was a welcome treat. We stayed here for Christmas and it was really lovely. Kitchen well equipped and bedroom comfy.

Only point is the flat is over a shop which was quite noisy in the day but then it was Christmas eve. Other than that absolutely nothing to fault.

A most wonderful place. I fell in love in the first minute. It took us some time to get there, but this cute, quaint and overwhelmingly wonderful apartment made the long trip more than worthwhile. Every room is lovingly decorated with selected prints and other works of art, the kitchen is clean and generously supplied with all the basics, the bedroom right under the old rafters very romantic, a great shower, and a very comfy bed. The locations is just perfect, on the main street in Hay, there's a little supermarket two houses down, a good butcher opposite and of course all of those bookstores just a few minutes away. I really didn't want to leave and hope to come again.
