City2Beach Hotel

Friendly professional staff and great location and room for solo traveller provided. Excellent breakfast

Great location for beach and tourism.

Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly.

Room was a little too small for two twin beds.

Accommodation was clean and bathroom was good. Additional mini crocs and water available

Owner fairly hostile … I’d asked if the allowed bikes and I didn’t get a reply but the picture of accommodation showed a courtyard so on receiving no response I assumed it must be ok. The courtyard picture is actually in the cafes back garden. I was advised to park on the street but locals afterwards told me that youths do damage bikes and property on the Main Street. Have to say they eventually agreed to allow me to leave my bicycle in the courtyard but manager was pretty hostile even telling me not to lose the key like I was 5 years old. The room was very basic and plain and inhospitable and overlooked a building … not very pleasant. A courteous pleasant attitude goes a long way.
