Great location for Aviemore and the wider Cairngorm area , the resort area was great and the lodge was spacious with Livingroom and kitchette /dinning room and two fab bathrooms. Set in woodlands which was a fab location ,was quiet and relaxing. Our dog loved it as well
Staff very very helpful and courteous.
I believe there is ongoing refurbs of the lodges at the resort, ours was needing some refresh of the furniture and fittings in living area and will benefit from the lodge burner when (if)fitted ,it was a bit limited in terms of kitchen utilities, I appreciate some will be dinning elsewhere in resort and Aviemore itself.

Good amount of living space. Good to have space for two cars.
We loved the pool and all our 4 year old remembers from our time away is the flume! 😄
Missed having an oven but we were able to adapt so wasn't a problem. We enjoyed everything else.

Great woodland lodge with good amenities and very clean. Good value and the dogs were not a problem .
The breakfast was for probably 6 out of 10. Three different emails when I asked where to pick the keys up but we got there in the end

Breakfast buffet is ok, but there could be more choice. Play area and swimming pool are close to lodges and hotels. The soft play area is new and our toddler loved it. The location of the wooden lodges is nice. Aviemore as a town is quite vibrant.
The whole resort is old and investments need to be made. The location where the breakfast for the Wooden lodges takes place is bad, a food court without any windows. The whole resort is very car-centred (large road, big parking spaces), which would not be necessary as the distances are not that far.
