Facility and great staff. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fine. Wish there had been waffles but French toast was a great substitute.
Ability to find it. Turned where I thought the sign indicated. Went in and the desk clerk said I was HI express and I needed to continue to the back to HI. Creepy getting back there. Just behind too many hotel properties. Next day found the other way out. Still was a little had to find the road but you turned by the Starbucks.

Friendly staff and very clean. Food at their restaurant was great and the servers were super nice.
AC unit was not operating properly and I had to change rooms after getting settled in. A little inconvenient, but the front desk staff handled the situation well.

Hotel was well lighted
Frig was broken in the room; Mode is the shower, breakfast was not serve on Sunday when we planned to wakeup, eat, and checkout.
