Lovely clean property with beautiful balcony looking over the lake
Location is on a hill and walking their from Tremezzo requires a short section on a bend with no footpath. Less of an issue if you have a car which I would recommend to anyone staying here.

We were three days in the apartment. The area is excellent, the apartment is great, close to the lake
A few minutes from the ferry, five minutes from the bakery and supermarket.
.There is no air conditioning and it was really hot
.The fans were not enough
.The manager tried to get more fans but was unsuccessful

the location!
we were there in mid summer and was very cry hot so am airco would have been even better. but she had placed ventilators, so that helped at least. other than that, it was great!

Location is great. The apartment is modern, well equipped, clean and has great views. Has all amenities necessary for a family vacation.
The sofa beds are not comfortable. They tend to cave in while you are on the bed.
