The bed
Room was on the side next to freeway very loud traffic

Still low on staff to do daily room service.

Employees were super friendly and pleasant. Location is perfect! Right off the freeway and easy access to the freeway.

No early check in. Had to wait 2 1/2 hours to check in, then when we tried to check in 15 minutes to 4 pm it seemed like we were putting the staff out. Then when we were going down the hallway to our room the staff cleaning rooms radios were going off about people bothering to check in early, they should be more careful about who is listening.

I definitely did not like the huge price increase since I was there last year in January or early February. Even though I love the facility I won't be staying there again at the current price point.

Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast ladies did a a very good job. Food was fresh, coffee GOOD. Hotel was really clean. Bed super comfy. Bathrooms spotless.

I didn't like my hotel room it didn't smell right at all and at the bathroom sink was got working right
