I Windsor Lofts si trovano nella storica area di Raleigh Court / Grandin Court. Questo loft al 1 ° piano dispone di un soggiorno con sala da pranzo con splendidi pavimenti in legno, ampia camera da letto principale con letto king size e bagno completo. C'è una cucina completa e una grande tana con un futon matrimoniale aggiuntivo e uno spazio ufficio. C'è un patio posteriore per il vostro divertimento e un posto auto per il parcheggio.
Goditi i numerosi ristoranti locali, i panifici, la caffetteria tutti raggiungibili a piedi insieme a molti negozi specializzati. Guarda un film nello storico Grandin Theater. Visita Black Dog Salvage o se ti piace andare in bicicletta o percorrere i sentieri del fiume Roanoke Greenway è a pochi minuti.
Downtown Roanoke, Carilion Memorial Hospital e Virginia Tech Carilion Research Institute (VTCRI) sono raggiungibili in 10 minuti in auto.
La VT University, situata a Blacksburg, dista 35 minuti.

I live in Roanoke (rented the space for extra family) so I can attest that this is a great location. Out-of-towners should know that “downtown” activities would require a drive but the Grandin Village business district is easy walking distance from here, with access to several shops, restaurants and taverns, a wine shop, an independent movie theater, a locally owned grocery, and a charming used book store. It’s one of my favorite areas of town. Meanwhile, the property is exceptionally clean. Not a speck of dust, crumb, or stray hair to be found. If you want fancy, find a boutique hotel. I’m happy with the details here — like cool hardware (probably original) on the kitchen cabinets and porcelain sinks in the kitchen and bath, plus the beautiful black-and-white tile in the latter. The apartment is also thoughtfully well-stocked. Every “extra” we needed was already there: iron and ironing board, toaster, additional toiletries, and so on. I even found shoe scuff repair! :)The carport provided easy access to the back door which was very handy. I initially thought it was dimly lit then, voila!, a motion light kicked on. I’m so glad to know about this property. I don’t know how often I’ll need the extra space, but would readily rent it again or recommend it to others as the occasion arises.

Irene was a wonderful host and answered all our questions. Her place fits right in with Grandin Court with its charm. A great location so many places to walk to and enjoy.

We enjoyed staying in this apartment that was so walkable to the Grandin area. There was plenty of space for our family. The only draw back was the AC was one window unit without direct access in the sleeping areas. It did get a little warm at night. This would be a great place to stay in the Spring or Fall as it is a beautiful area and has everything that you need. Irene was quick to get back to us and made the trip easy. I recommend it for those who don't need "fancy" but like to feel safe, welcomed and have a great walkable location.
