Appena arrivati abbiamo subito notato delle buste piene di bottiglie di alcol vuote vicino l’ascensore. La struttura è piuttosto datata e la stanza era fredda e piena di polvere. Il bagno era piccolo e molto freddo, privo di riscaldamento, e c’erano dei buchi nella parete della doccia. Non c’era l’asciugacapelli. Nel corridoio c’era una forte puzza di fumo, nonostante il divieto di fumare. Ma la cosa peggiore è stata che non abbiamo chiuso occhio perché nella struttura c’erano delle feste in corso (almeno una sul nostro piano e un’altra nella stanza sopra la nostra). Per tutta la notte e fino alle 7 del mattino siamo stati costretti a sentire urla, musica ad alto volume e ragazzi che parlavano e ridevano senza alcun rispetto. La struttura è completamente priva di personale e non sapevamo a chi rivolgerci. Ho contattato la struttura su Booking la notte stessa e ad oggi, non ho ricevuto risposta. Abbiamo deciso di lasciare la struttura prima del previsto in quanto eravamo stremati.

The bed was comfortable. Everything worked fine with self check in. I got a text that my room was ready before 15:00 and was able to check in early.

The room smelled a bit at first. The decor is very old. The view from the room sucked. The sink in the bathroom is really low.

the staff was very helpful, and ready to help you in whatever is needed.

when I first checked in to my room, there was a horrible smell of cigarettes, and there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom. then I got changed to a new room. however the problem was that someone tried to get into my room, later that day when in the shower I heard some commotion on my door, said “hello” however no one responded, when I got out of the shower my door was open. “ doors can only be open with a code that supposedly only you should have” and no it’s was not housekeeping, it was 22:00 when it happened. I got removed immediately to another hotel from the f2 staff because apparently no one should have my door code besides me.

Their is bad smell in the bathroom

hotel given a room in which it was +5, for all my calls, they said that they could not help, I slept in a warm tracksuit and under two blankets, such a wind blew from the windows that I did not feel the difference with the street.
