Luxury Villa with large Pool and breathtaking mountain views
Questa meravigliosa Villa "Casa dei Santi" è una casa di famiglia generosamente proporzionata che è stata accuratamente restaurata e arredata con un mix di stili tradizionali e contemporanei che danno una sensazione di comfort ed essere "casa lontano da casa". La Villa è situata in una posizione molto elevata tra le montagne con una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne, sulla valle del Tevere ed è isolata (molto privata) da un colorato giardino mediterraneo, uliveti e boschi protetti. La Villa ha anche un grande orto con prodotti freschi a disposizione degli ospiti durante le loro vacanze. La grande piscina riscaldata dal sole si trova nel giardino e la sua terrazza è aperta a viste spettacolari.
Situato nel giardino e tra i boschi c'è una grande e costosa cabina in legno (foto allegate) che può ospitare altre 4 persone alle 6 persone nella stessa Villa principale. Questa cabina ha il proprio bagno, cucina e soggiorno ed è sicura per i bambini di dormire fuori e godersi la fauna selvatica e il ritmo della natura nei boschi e nella campagna circostante.
La stessa villa principale ha al piano terra una grande cucina, sala da pranzo (tavolo da pranzo con 10 posti a sedere) e un comodo salotto con camino. C'è una grande dispensa piena di marmellate fatte in casa e olio d'oliva meraviglioso dai 160 alberi del giardino. La cucina è ben attrezzata con lavastoviglie ed elettrodomestici nuovi. C'è anche una grande lavanderia, bagno al piano inferiore che gli ospiti generalmente usano per cambiare e fare la doccia dopo aver usato la piscina.
Al primo piano ci sono tre camere da letto (2 doppie e una doppia o 2 singole) un bagno privato e il bagno principale della casa con vasca idromassaggio. Vi è un ampio salone open space con pavimenti in pino, camino e comodi divani e arredi. Tutte le finestre della Villa e della Cabina dispongono di reti per le zanzare.
La Villa ha molte ampie terrazze esterne, cortili e una grande cucina esterna sotto un pergolato coperto di glicine, gelsomino e rose per mangiare all'aperto. C'è anche una grande terrazza coperta pergolata fuori dalla cucina per gustare la colazione con vista sul giardino e sulla campagna aperta.
C'è un parcheggio privato e cancelli d'ingresso alla Villa

A Truly Wonderful Stay – One of the Best Villas We’ve Ever Rented!We stayed here as a family of 8 adults, plus our two little ones, an 11-month-old and a 3 week-old, just after our daughter’s wedding nearby, and the villa could not have been more perfect for us.The layout worked beautifully for our group. The separate outside cabin was a superb extra, giving our son, his wife, and their newborn some privacy while still being part of all the fun. The house itself was extremely well equipped — we didn’t find a single thing missing — and felt so homely from the moment we arrived.One of our favourite rituals was letting the chickens out each morning and collecting fresh eggs — such a joy! The pool was large, sparkling, and wonderful, and we made use of it daily. The villa’s location meant we had plenty of lovely local places to explore, with Assisi being a highlight for everyone.Inside, the house was wonderfully spacious, with lounges both upstairs and downstairs, giving plenty of opportunities for quiet moments away from the bustle. Flávio visited us a couple of times during our stay and was such a warm, welcoming host. We also arrived to a generous welcome basket of fruit and vegetables, along with lots of bottled water, which was greatly appreciated.We’ve stayed in many villas around the world, but this one truly stands out for its home-from-home feel. If we find ourselves in Italy again, we wouldn’t hesitate to return.Thank you so much Flávio and Caroline!!

We had an amazing weeklong stay at the villa - beautiful home, amazing property and views. The house had everything we needed for the stay (including being stocked with very nice complimentary foods / drinks). Would definitely stay here again!

This property is a really neat house and garden with gorgeous views of the Umbrian countryside. The owners have taken such care in developing a special homey atmosphere, complete with vegetable gardens, available for guests, fresh eggs from the chickens each morning, and a very large refreshing pool, a super plus in the intense July heat. The owners and liaison, Caroline, were super responsive and caring, responding to all communications and concerns in a very timely manner.
One should note that air conditioning is listed in the ammenities. Only two of the bedrooms had AC. Of course, there are shutters, screens, and breezes that are very helpful, but in the extreme heat of this summer, air conditioning, although not standard, is almost a must. After renting in Italy before during the month of July, I should have clarified those details before committing.
I also must encourage renters to lock doors and use the safe provided. During our first day there, we were out by the pool, and someone entered the unlocked house, went to the bedroom and took all of our cash and two credit cards. Had we not been there, things would have been locked. It is a reminder to be more diligent, even in the tranquil countryside.
The owners and the agent, Caroline, came right away to help us sort things out and help as they could. We have traveled all over the world, renting houses, and this has never happened to us, so it’s a sobering reminder to be extra careful. Lovely property-

The photos of this villa do not do it justice, when we arrived I was in awe at how beautiful it was. Caroline was so easy to communicate with and assisted wherever need be. Both Caroline and Flavio went above and beyond, I could not fault them. The villa grounds are beautiful and well maintained, the pool was a hit during the July heat! You can also help yourself to the tomatoes in the green house and other produce scattered throughout the property.
I stayed at the villa with my friends for my 30th birthday. We organised for Flavio, Elisabetta and their friends to cook for us on my birthday and they put on the most magical and delicious dinner spread and made me feel so special. I feel so lucky to have found this property and meet these wonderful people. If I’m ever in this region again I would not hesitate to stay again.
