Good location got used to the steep hill into town. Great location for beach. Clean tidy. Great hosts let us check in early. Great coffee machine and extras such as tea and sugar.
Could of done with 2 pillows each on the bed. Also proper bath towels

Excellent location near St Ives station, Porthmeor beach and a short walk from the town centre. The apartment was very clean and smelt fresh, and this smell even lingered for the whole time I was there.
Small bathroom with a low ceiling, so it was a bit difficult to manoeuvre around. But I am very tall, so that didn't help either!

We enjoyed staying in this immaculate and compact property. It was light and airy and well appointed. Our host, Ian was very helpful and gave us lots of good tips on what to see, where to go, and what to eat. He very kindly picked us up when we went to the wrong address on arrival!

Me and my husband came down for our second anniversary and were made to feel very welcome!
Both Ian and Marina were wonderful people!
One thing I will say is that the photos don't do the place justice! It's modern and very clean! The beds are very comfortable too! We will definitely be returning! Thank you so much for such a lovely stay!

The flat was modern, clean and well equipped.
It is very small. It's the top of a garage.The ensuite and bedroom are particularly cramped. It's quite difficult to move around the bed because of the limited space.
The Coachouse is located in a hilly part of St Ives and access on foot is challenging.
There is no carparking.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but would not return.

Clever and creative design has made the most of the space. The apartment was well appointed, modern & comfortable and a cosy haven. We really enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and being able to cook at home. Our hosts were warm and welcoming and offered lots of helpful info and local knowledge. Also, we were in a great location with an easy walk into the town centre and not too steep coming home.
We made it work but space in the bedroom was a little tight.

Apartment was very clean with everything you need to cook and have a coffee or tea in the morning.
Location was perfect - 2 min from the beach and 5 min from town center.
Ian, the owner was easy to exchange with.
Bathroom was a bit small and nothing could be stored without being wet by the shower.

Lovely location within walking distance of Portmeor beach and centre of St Ives (both downhill!) It was elegantly appointed, well maintained and spotless throughout. We enjoyed a quiet and cosy stay and the owners paid great attention to detail by including easy instructions on how to get there, local amenities and a welcome selection of teas and coffee pods - thank you

Really clean and the perfect size for a couples holiday. The location was amazing and we found everywhere with ease, will definitely be rebooking when we return next year!

There is so very little space to get round the bed and not much space for clothes but I understand they’ve made the most of the space available and this is a very minor issue. The place is clean and well equipped and in a fantastic location ( which was the main factor for us). Would absolutely stay there again.

My stay at the Coach House was excellent. A great location and it's very much recommended if you want hassle-free relaxing accommodation with everything you need. Ian is a great host - very helpful, with great suggestions of things to do in St. Ives and an early check-in was wonderful - thank you Ian.

A great location. The property was clean, tidy and the self catering kitchen facilities are new and sufficient. The property was comfortable for a couple, but I would say the bedroom and bathroom although very functional are small. Plus there is no parking at the property but there are plenty of parking options nearby. It is possible to unload bags at the property before parking elsewhere which is very helpful. Thank you.

Self catering so no breaky
As mentioned there is no parking. We parked in the rugby club. Its a good 15 walk uphill from the property. £6till midnight. Then 6 from midnight and the same the next day. Take into account the extra payment.
