Pulizia, vista, parcheggio, arredamento, e cordialità di Patrizia

Tutto magnifico da consigliare a tutti

Very nice location with sea view and beautiful sunset view. Short walking distance to beach and mountains/trails. Warm and welcoming host. The property was all over very clean, quite comfortable and spacious. Nice garden and outside kitchen/eating area.

One big issue was a really nasty sewer smell from the main bathroom (shower drain?) and outdoor shower/outdoor wash. We read that this had been mentioned as an issue in previous reviews and asked upon arrival for this to be solved. Probably not something that easily can be fixed, but still this is not acceptable for a vacation rental in our opinion. Also, the fourth separate bedroom is in a basement together with the second bathroom. This basement is humid (mouldy?) without AC and air circulation, and absolutely not suitable as a bedroom in our opinion. Some «wear and tear» etc. Otherwise very good 👍🏻

The villa is located close to the beach and offers a stunning view of the mountains. It is in a quiet and peaceful area, and the villa itself is quite spacious.

The villa was booked for 5 guests, and specifically a 4-bedroom villa was reserved, but one bedroom was not prepared. The sockets in the room with single beds were not working. There was a sewage smell in the yard when someone was taking a shower. The air conditioner in one of the rooms was not working. The kitchen had everything except a regular small knife.

Such a lovely villa in a really nice and quiet bay, close to the local beach, San Vito Lo Capo, the Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro, Trapani and Palermo. The house has all you need, a full kitchen, parking spot, a wonderful outdoor area including a BBQ and enough space for our group of 7. The host Patrizia was very welcoming too!
