A lovely garden surrounds the house and has magnificent views of the medieval town with its famous towers.
It is quiet and peaceful and the perfect place to relax and enjoy your alfresco meals under the pergola or read a book whilst fanned by a light breeze. The whole atmosphere makes it a wonderful home away from home.
The cottage is part of a charming traditional Tuscan farmhouse, built in stone and situated in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany. It is in the countryside and surrounded by olive groves and vines but close to the town of San Gimignano (2,5Km). It is also ideally located to explore the many historic towns in the surrounding area.

The cottage, has all its accommodation on the ground floor. It is very comfortably furnished in the traditional style with tiled floors and terracotta ceilings.All its windows enjoy fine views and most of them face on to the large private garden.
The garden has a large lawn, flowering plants and trees and enjoys a magnificent view of the countryside and the towers of the city. There are sunloungers and barbecue for guests’ use.
The sitting room is separate from the house. It is a very comfortable room to relax in. It has a large arched glass door opening onto the kitchen/dining room entrance and a smaller glass door opening onto a large terrace with a pergola where there is a table and chairs and barbecue for outdoor eating. The apartment has one bedroom with bathroom, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, separate lounge and a terrace with pergola.

L'intera atmosfera lo rende una meravigliosa casa lontano da casa. Parte di un casolare tradizionale toscano in pietra, si trova nella campagna tra gli oliveti, vicino alla città di San Gimignano.
La casa è parte di un tipico casolare di campagna, ristrutturato in stile tradizionale, situato a piano terreno, molto confortevole, dalle finestre che si affacciano sul giardino, si gode una splendida vista.
Il giardino, attrezzato con sdraio e la pergola fornita di tavolo, sedie e barbecue, hanno una vista panoramica direttamente su San Gimignano e le sue torri.
L'appartamento è composto da: cucina, camera matrimoniale con bagno, il soggiorno divano, è separato, ad esso si accede da una porta a vetro, situata di fronte all'ingresso della cucina
L'appartamento "Le Papere" è parte della stessa casa colonica, l'ingresso si trova su un altro lato della casa. I due appartamenti possono essere affittati insieme ed ospitare fino a 4 persone.
I due cani Olivia e Mafalda sono cordiali e giocosi, qualche volta si occupano anche di accogliere gli ospiti.
