Piccola città che vive, camera da letto privata nella nostra casa, pieno uso della cucina. Sentieri e stagni di castori nelle vicinanze. Il grande cortile recintato è ottimo per i cani. Letto full-size Gli ospiti condividono il bagno solo quando è prenotata un'altra camera. Spazio per attrezzi / moto nel garage. Le nostre altre camere sono Pike's Place se si preferisce un letto matrimoniale o Aspen alpino se si preferisce un letto matrimoniale con bagno privato. I cani devono essere sempre con il loro proprietario e non hanno precedenti di aggressione verso altri cani o persone. La colazione è continentale.

Gayle and Ray were the perfect hosts. They made me feel very welcome. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. I will return.

Both Gayle and Ray were tremendously nice, I arrived to their lovely home after 3am due to a flight delay, and Gayle made the check-in process stress free. Upon arrival, my room was heated nicely, and extra blankets were also placed on my bed when I expressed that I run cold. When I finally met Gayle and Ray, they were extremely nice and I felt like family, and not a stranger. I was always asked how I was doing and if I needed anything, they engaged in light conversation with me, and we talked about whatever came to mind (because I wanted conversation) 😌…. Even still, I felt total freedom in their home to stay in my room for hours, or watch movies for hours in the living room unbothered. All that to say, I felt completely comfortable in everything that I did while staying in their wonderful home. This is definitely a place, and a people to revisit!!

The home was located on a beautiful, quiet street with a nice front porch to sit on. Home was very clean and well labeled with room keys and fridge space. It was great to have some coffee and breakfast available. Felt like I was staying with a family member or close friend. Thank you!

The host, Gayle and her husband were very friendly and welcoming. The house we were in was very nice. A few of the surrounding houses were ok. I also think it was a indicator of Colorado Springs. It was a rustic southwest look. I would recommend anyone to stay there.

Gayle and Ray are very kind and easy going people. I felt very comfortable talking with them. The place was very clean and followed Covid-19 precautions.

Beautiful location, Exceptional hosts.
My wife and I spent a week at Gayle and Ray's home. This was our first time staying at an Airbnb. What a wonderful experience! Gayle and Ray could not have been more accommodating, friendly, and generous. We loved our accommodations. There were so many nice homey touches that it truly did feel like home away from home. It was so amazing to sit on the balcony drinking a cup of coffee and watching the deer! Even though we spent a week in Colorado we were not able to see all of the sites that we had planned. When we go back to Colorado we will definitely contact Gayle and Ray to stay at their place again. It was such a lovely vacation. Thanks Gayle and Ray! Please tell Seymour (their fantastic dog) we said hi and give him a pat on the head from us!!!

Gayle and her husband are the most kindest people, open minded, friendly and a joy to be around. There dog was so sweet. If I ever felt at home in a stranger's house This was surely it. I hope in the future we can do this again. Thank you both for everything! You made what I am going thru so much easier. Love you both. Take care!

We had a wonderful stay at Gayle and Ray's. Beautiful home and generous hosts had items stocked in the fridge and kitchen for our use. Very tidy and warm atmosphere. I'd highly recommend staying here. We had the pleasure of meeting their other guests as well.

Gayle greeted my husband and I right away and was very kind and accommodating needs we might have. The room we stayed in was a very comfortable, tidy and relaxing place to retreat to after a long, rainy drive. I would certainly recommend this place!

Cozy and thoughtful
My wife and I stayed with Gayle and Ray and were instantly welcomed upon arriving at their property. The house is small and tucked up onto the side of the mountain side, where multiple times a day multiple times a day you are greeted by small families of deer. Gayle has everything prepared from the room to the bathroom to the kitchen area, and even takes time to ensure that you have information on the surrounding areas. Would definitely stay there again. If you're looking for a great location that is about an hour from anything you want to do this is the place. Woodland Park is the perfect size with restaurants and a Walmart for quick shopping. Also, try the Hungry Bear for breakfast, you won't be disappointed. Thank you again Gayle!

Wisconsin to Colorado
This was absolutely a win! My cousin and I stayed at this home and had never been so spoiled! We feel blessed to have gotten to know Gayleand Ray, Dewy the dog sitter and David who also we met as another guest staying at this property. We all immediately felt like family and we were so well loved!

Colorado Cabin Remodeling Trip
Gayle and Ray were very helpful and accommodating. The home was exactly as advertised. It made a great base of operations while I was working on our cabin near Florissant. I could leave early and come back late without disturbing others. The hot shower and clean, quiet room was very refreshing. Thanks for allowing me to stay.

Great stay at this property. Gayle was very helpful with everything prior to and during stay. House is very comfortable and in a beautiful, quiet location. Loved using the hot tub after a day of workshops.

Hospitality down to a fine art.
Truely a very amazing and comforting experience. Very nice accommodations, an excellent energy and feeling through out. Things are super well thought out and communicated. Beautiful location and views and even deer in the front yard in the morning. I'm not sure any motel / hotel / resort can match the quality and service. I was really happy to know our money was spent with talented and caring individuals, and not a heartless corporate giant as well.

Gayle and Ray are awesome hosts and made us feel right at home. The house is located in a quiet wooded area and surrounding neighbor hood. Close to Pikes Peak and Manitou Springs. We explored Old Colorado City and The Cave Dwellings. Location is great! Would recommend to anyone!

Very nice stay
I arrived at the home, which was very nice and clean. The room I stayed in was clean and well kept and private. The bathroom was clean and had a nice shower. The host, was very cordial and showed me around the house and how to use the hot tub. The hot tub was awesome and I used it both nights I stayed at the home.
Everything went as planned and I had a great stay!!

Exceptional hospitality! Very clean and comfortable room! Excellent amenities. Very close to shopping and dining, as well as entertainment. Gayle and Ray are the hosts with the most! Very friendly and welcoming! I will definitely recommend them and their lovely home to all my traveling friends and family! Truly was a home away from home!
