Check in process was a breeze. Staff was kind, respectful and welcoming. Room was very nice and clean. Had everything my wife and I needed. No complaints.
Booked it last minute as we couldn’t make it to Kyoto. Saved us from more traveling for the day.

Cleanliness and excellent staff
Room size was too small, no food options for vegetarian at the Restaurant

The location, not far from Yokohama Station, with many shopping and dining options nearby, was perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and most could speak English well enough, which avoided the awkward use of a translator app.
The room was even tinier than we expected. Our baseline for comparisons is the Toyoko Inn hotel chain. Those have far less comfortable beds, but the room space is just a little larger.
