Vieni a visitare Sea Salt Villa! Questa è una villa a 3 piani completata nel 2018. Si trova dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla bellissima Atlantic Beach. Dalla porta d'ingresso alla spiaggia di sabbia è a soli 5 minuti a piedi. I ristoranti si trovano a pochi minuti a piedi. Questa casa vanta 2 camere matrimoniali, entrambe con letti king-size. La terza camera ha una cuccetta enorme per i bambini o ragazzi a cuore. La cuccetta ha un letto matrimoniale nella parte inferiore, due letti nella parte superiore e due letti estraibili, nonché nuovi materassi per un piacevole riposo notturno. Ogni camera ha il proprio bagno privato. Le ville ospitano una piscina comunitaria circondata da grandi palme e area giochi (in arrivo). Questa casa è arredata con gusto e dotata di articoli da cucina, biancheria, giochi, articoli per bambini e molto altro. Sarai in grado di catturare alcune viste sull'oceano sul balcone. Noi, i proprietari, ci impegniamo per standard elevati su questo noleggio. La maggior parte dei mobili sono tutti nuovi e tutti i materassi per rendere questo soggiorno il più piacevole possibile. Codici di accesso senza chiave che anche i tuoi bambini potrebbero ricordare. Se hai bisogno di qualcosa, contattaci durante il tuo soggiorno. Godere!

Allen was a wonderful host! He was readily available to answer questions. He was extremely understanding of our situation and accommodating us with the weather and our checking in and out. Will be booking another stay soon!

My kids loved their room! The bunk beds are great and there are a lot of toys and games. Nice setup in the living and dining areas. Some kid friendly cups and utensils in the kitchen.
We really enjoy this complex with the pool right there and the beach across the street. Owner is very responsive.
My husband and I stayed in the third floor bedroom. The mattress is very soft, which I'm sure some people love (but is not our favorite). Also wanted to note that when this listing says no linens included, that means everything even dish towels.

Loved our stay. Layout worked out perfectly for our family. Beautiful decor, pool away is great and not crowded. Location is great as we also went to Beaufort. Would definitely rebook another stay.

This was our second time staying at the townhouse, and we hope to be back many more times. The house is great for families - our 3 year old is obsessed with the bunk bed - and it came equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is amazing - right at the border of Atlantic Beach and Pine Knoll Shores - and the neighborhood is right next to a lighted crosswalk to get to a public beach access. Five stars all around!

When we walked in my husband said “you did great with this one!” We had several adults and two littles. Everyone was comfortable and even toys for the littles. Ideal location for beach, pool and playground. Relaxing evenings on the balcony. If we return to Atlantic Beach we will definitely stay here again.

Amazed by this vrbo!!! Allen was so nice and easy to reach!! House came exactly as described!!! Two minute walk to the beach and great little restaurants and bars!!! Will def be back!!!

My family had a wonderful stay in this clean and comfortable home. The rental has everything you could need, is so clean and was perfectly arranged for our family of 4 and my parents. The kitchen is well equipped, there are bathrooms for each room and even one on the main floor, pool was nice for a change from the beach, and the ocean is right across the street. We especially enjoyed the balconies off of the bedrooms. The owner was great about communicationa and so very kind. 5 stars!!!!

We had a great week and enjoyed the property very much. Super convenient, spotless, roomy. I especially loved the fact that we could bring groceries in on the ground level and could park right at the door. Kitchen was well equipped. Property felt extremely safe. We will be back!

Loved the pool,needed TV in bedrooms,town house was comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Didn't like stairs.Our ages were from 84 years to 8.years.Great host.

So Relaxing 😎
My husband and my two Adult sons had an an amazingly relaxing time! We loved how the townhouse provided us with just enough privacy for all of us! The beds were very comfortable and the beach was amazingly beautiful! We will definitely return!

Great condo in a great location on Atlantic beach. Have to provide your own linens/towels, which is a bit of an inconvenience, but other than that would highly recommend.

End unit in a very nice complex. Pool is great and beachfront just steps away. Beds are EXTREMELY comfortable! Lots of steps but each sleeping space has privacy and it’s own bathroom. Owners were excellent to work with and very responsive. Thanks!!

This place was perfect. Great location, short walk to the beach, close to all the good shops and such in AB but also not a far drive to Emerald Isle or Morehead City. Super clean and really beautiful place. Beds were amazing—- all of them!! The rental had everything you may need that most rentals don’t really have much of… extra paper towels, hand soap, ziplocs, etc. — perfect place for our little “spring break” trip—Also great communication from property manager and quick responses. Will definitely will rent again in the future!

The kitchen is very well stocked. All the beds are super comfy and we slept like babies! If you’re bringing kids, there are really nice extras like booster seats, a pack and play and some games and toys to play with.

The house is great, with good size bedrooms, nice furniture, and very well situated for walking to the beach. There are also plenty of toys in the house, as well as beach stuff. The hosts are very nice and respond very quickly. We would definitely like to return.
