Everything was as per expectations and no bad surprises.
Seemed too much of bureaucracy while filling additional forms to fill before check in and some clauses such as asking for 300€ as deposit against 100€ in the contract.
It's another case where I reached out and clarified that details. Read the fine print before signing the contract would be my recommendation so that no late surprises when large planning is involved as was in my case.

Great shower, on-site parking, laundry facilities were great, as well as wifi and outdoor seating area. Great location for access to Nida, the sea, lighthouse and sun clock monument.
Upstairs bedrooms more suited to kids than adults, but still good enough and big enough for a couple of nights.

Stayed there 3 times. Great experience. People are friendly, address issues and requests right away
No need to jack up the prices for parking on-site, should be the same rate as city parking 100 meters away
