Little Chart, Deal, Kent
Il cottage è piuttosto celeste e ogni camera si affaccia sul grazioso giardino. È un vero rifugio e ha un accesso laterale direttamente sulla spiaggia. Questo sarebbe un cottage ideale per famiglie, coppie e perfetto per portare anche i tuoi cani! È il posto più tranquillo e tranquillo. Il cottage dispone di due camere luminose e ariose, 1 letto king-size e il secondo può essere sistemato come camera doppia / singola a seconda delle esigenze. Entrambe le camere sono dotate di bagno privato. La cucina è ben attrezzata che porta al giardino, sala da pranzo di buona dimensione e un grazioso salotto con fuoco aperto. C'è anche un WC al piano terra.
Di solito è disponibile un parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze.

Deal è una base ideale per esplorare la costa orientale Kent compresi le spiagge sabbiose della bandiera blu di Broadstairs e Margate. All'interno si trova il patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO di Canterbury e la città medievale di cinque porti di Sandwich. Con castelli, musei, parchi e giardini in abbondanza c'è qualcosa per tutti.

Deal, Kent Deal non è più un rifugio "segreto". Ora facilmente raggiungibile da Londra con il treno ad alta velocità Javelin, è un posto per lunghe passeggiate lungo la spiaggia di ghiaia a due miglia e dispone di dozzine di pub, caffè e ristoranti sulla sua alta strada premiata.

We enjoyed our stay at Little Chart. The cottage is warm and comfortable. It feels like home as it is full of books and art, and the kitchen is well equipped, with dishwasher, microwave and airfryer, as well as range cooker.
The courtyard is spacious and a nice place to sit if the sun is out.
It is only a few yards go the beach promenade and a flat walk to the pier and restaurants.
We visited Walmer castle and St Margarets Bay and enjoyed both.
When the kettle broke the team immediately replaced it. Very quick to respond.
There is low cold water pressure upstairs, but not a major problem.
I would recommend the cottage and Keepers Cottages.

We loved our stay at Little Chart, which is a two minute walk from Deal’s seafront. The cottage is fully equipped and beautifully decorated. Comfy sofa/armchairs in the living room, a separate dining room, and a log fire that we really enjoyed. The walled garden is a good size and a sunny spot for a morning cuppa. Many thanks.

Little Chart is a lovely old cottage full of character. It's beautifully furnished and very well equipped. However it would help if the "House Manual" was left in an obvious place - it was hidden behind some bottles in the kitchen. We did not find the deep freeze (in the summerhouse/shed in the garden) until after our shopping had been delivered and the few frozen things we had ordered were returned because we thought we had nowhere to keep them! It would help if the location of the freezer was specified in the details. It was literally a 2 minute walk to the beach through a lovely little courtyard garden. This could do with a tidy up, but we did stay at the end of summer when things always need cutting back, etc. A wonderful place to stay.

Great location for both beach and town. Although no parking at the property plenty on the street. House nice and spotlessly clean but does need some updating in the dining room and kitchen. The courtyard garden is awful though, overgrown and broken and the garden table needs replacing definitely needs some TLC here as such a shame as it wouldn’t take much to make it very pleasant.
