The location is great. Parking is easy. It's very close to the beach and the port. If you're looking for a lot of Chinese shops selling Chinese junk, along with noise and stalls, you've come to the perfect place. It's incredibly crowded, so if you like that kind of atmosphere, it's a good choice. The beach is beautiful and vast, so everyone will find a spot for themselves. The hotel is divided into two sections: one older and the other, probably newer (with a restaurant), but in the reception area, at the very end of the second building, where the pool with entertainment is located, there's simply no chance of getting a sunbed because there's people piled on top of each other, making it impossible to relax. The other part of the building is much quieter, with the pool almost empty and a tiny bar. Unfortunately, there's no elevator in the buildings! It's great that there are machines where you can fill your own bottle of drinking water. Breakfast is a disaster; not only is it served very quickly, but it's also lacking variety, and literally every table is occupied. I've never seen such a rush of people in one place. It's utter chaos and chaos, and it's impossible to gather your thoughts because of the noise. The air conditioning in the room barely copes. There is a Mini Kitchenette with dishes but no washing sponge or dishwashing liquid.

Excellent apartments. Perfect for our needs with a little one. We were able to heat food, make bottles etc. The filtered water machine was an excellent perk to save on buying many plastic bottles in the shops and supermarkets. The staff are amazing and couldn’t do enough for us regarding our stay. We were supposed to check out at 12 noon but as we had a late flight we asked if it was possible to stay until evening as our flight wasn’t until 11pm and we were told it was booked out however after a few minutes they came back and sorted us out with allowing us to stay in our apartment. The staff really go above and beyond for their guests and I would highly recommend Palm Garden to all. From reception, to maintenance, to housekeeping you will be met with a friendly smile and attention to detail for each and every person.

La piscine est très sympa, stationnement, très facile, proximité de la plage, plusieurs boutiques de touristes et restaurant, sympa à proximité

Chambre située à proximité d’une école (bloc 9) donc très bruyant. Très malin insonorisé, on entend les voisins du dessus et d’à côté. Il n’y a pas de vraie séparation entre les jardins, on voit les voisins. lit, peu confortable.
