ALL The staff are SUPER. They are the great assets in customer service. Especially Josepine, the senior receptionist. She"s the best. They are the reason to return to the hotel.

Nothing, but the hotel is a bit aged and outdated. Still, the facities are able to meet expectations in a way. Just a little colder ACs would even elevate the experience. Hopefully, this is improved.
Mattresses are a bit old, but bearable.
Sink had issues in drainage but nothing to fret or worry about. We adjust.
Staff are superb.

The people working their tried hard.
Breakfast was OK, guy cooking fresh omelettes.
The people working their tried hard, but TV didn't work, it was replaced. Safe in the cupboard didn't work, they knew but didn't tell us. Lift button didn't work, they just posted a notice outside. Only a coffee perculator, but still trying to offer latte.
