Booked last minute near to family
No hot water, no cooked breakfast, no alternative milk at breakfast and no staff to ask. Food was put out and no one manning it

Nice welcome from the first point of contact. Room was clean & comfortable. Bar area was relaxed and a nice place to sit and unwind. Parking for our motorbikes was a welcome bonus. Breakfast was basic but fine.
Everything seems a tad tired, particularly the bathroom in our room. Just feels like a refresh inside and tidy up outside is overdue. Having said that, I would stay there again and recommend it if visiting the area. £130 a night is overpriced though.

Good location, easy to find, the room had everything we needed and the bed was comfy.
Nothing. It had everything we needed and good value for money.
