Location and security
Poorly equipped kitchen. Insufficient bowls, very flimsy cheap cutlery. No large platters, no teapot, no coffee plunger, only one salad bowl , too many more to list. The uneven floor tiles are not ‘pensioner friendly’ as is a lack of shower mat and grab handles.

The location of the property. The price was reasonable. We will want to stay at this place again (after we had our own cleaners there)
The place needs a bit of TLC. Windows were broken. Some of the windows could not close.
Please get a different cleaning company - your current one is not doing your place justice (PS - JIK removes mold).

Close to the beach and Kokomo beach bar.
Beds were comfortable.
Would definitely try the braai out next time.

Location location location! Would almost go again because of proximity to things... Could walk to the beach and restaurants. Lovely icecream spot right next to the place.
The master bedroom mattress should have been retired years ago. It has a human sized hole that forces you to roll into it, no matter how you try not to. Turning and rotating the mattress didn't work. The whole place smelled of fish, might have been the previous guests that left something in the oven or fridge.
