location: the google maps location is shown in the wrong place this is an apartment and you must call to get the host to meet you : 20 minutes waiting on the street (hope you have cell phone service) the host does not speak english, difficult to figure out where #12 Gesuiti is very difficult stairs two floors up (for someone with walking difficulties) booking.com said check out was at 11:00 but host says 10:00am ??

camera situata letteralmente al terzo piano di una TORRE!!! scala strettissima senza luce e pericolante, arrivati nella camera abbiamo notato subito la mancanza di igiene, c'era polvere da pertutto... il bagno aveva qualche problemino ma tutto sommato andava bene. Esperienza pessima...

Fatiscente, nessuna pulizia della camera giornaliera, tv non funzionante, phone capelli assente, un solo set asciugamani per 4 giorni, nessun tappetino doccia, mobili rotti. Contattato più volte le persone addetta al cellulare e mail e nessuna risposta

The location is very nice, close to everything needed. Beaches are a bit far though. The building looks medieval, the room was put nicely

No mirror in the room. Far from beaches. The host sent me and address different from one listed in booking. The host was only communicating in Italian and I had to translate everything myself, it was already a lot of stress to find the apartment and I couldn't turn to host for help. There is no reception at the place so I had to arrive at agreed time, and host started rushing me so I come sooner because she had to leave. I got a whole room to myself and my friends wanted to leave their backpacks in the room, but host said this would be 5 euros each. I am not sure, if this is a standard practice for hotels, but I would assume I can leave as many bags as I want in the room that I am paying for. The stairs to the room are steep, narrow and scary. Someone with a bigger complexion would find it pretty difficult to go up. The host didn't let me leave my backpack for a couple of hours after check out and told me to leave it at the train station (cause my flight was late at night and check out at 10), and this never happened to me before. Generally I felt like this is not the room that I am paying for, but someone is giving me there place to stay for couple of nights.

Central location. We only had only a very short stay to take the boat to Greece. Good bed and clean place. Easy to find restaurants to eat. We would love to come back and discover Bari itself.

Our train was late, we were in contact with the lady, so she knew. When we finally arrived (again sorry for your waiting) she was not really friendly. We could only pay in cash, online was mentionned card as well. No problem for us, but we did not prepare cash. Little bit difficult to find the place, but friendly neighbours helped us out. The host asks not to leave rubbish. But please provide a trash bag in this case. We had only a little and I took it with me as you asked.

The location was perfect right in middle of old Town, we will really miss our little room even though we were just there for 2 days!

Everything about the property was perfect

Large room, fridge and good location.

Didn't mention the small staircase in information and difficult access. Hot water turned off, had to go upstairs to reset the water heater. No wifi access Location wasn't accurate to what was on the add.
