Lady on reception (who does everything), was very helpful.
Room a good size, clean and bed was comfy. We had a balcony which does not have a great view but fine for sitting out in the evening with a glass of wine.
A good choice for breakfast.
The location is just over 5 minute walk to dry bridge market and restaurants.
Try cityhiker coffee by the bridge for a relaxing drink and food.
No airport/hotel transfer but bolt is efficient anyway.

The hotel is very nice and clean, the staff is exceptionally friendly.
Rooms are good size. You have everything you need.
Breakfast was very good.

Great rooms and okay breakfast. Powdered coffee.
I burnt my hand of the toaster because someone put hot iron piece of cutlery on top of it.

Food was lovely and room was basic but very comfortable
Staff are friendly but aren’t proactive. Lobby is left unattended at night which I’ve never encountered before and I travel a lot. We arrived later than our friends so our room wasn’t set up as requested and we weren’t given all the welcoming bits and bobs that you normally get when you arrive at a hotel. Overall it was okay.
