Good location for Port Gaverne and sea views. Good house but needs some TLC. Parking spaces very useful, local pubs, restaurants and take-aways pricey and crowded. Doc Martin has a lot to answer for.

Fantastic views which were enjoyed come rain or shine . They location has all the amenities you need and a bonus of off road parking . Bedrooms had every thing you require along with 3 newly done shower rooms/ en-suite . We shall definitely re book

This is a great property in a fabulous location. View are stunning and plenty of space for everyone. Great to have three showers! Thank you Ajay

The house is in prime position between Port Issac and Port Gaverne. A 2 minute walk down a hill for either of them. The house benefits from off street parking which is a huge bonus after you come back from a day trip and trying to find a parking spot. (Pictures don’t show it) House would suit families and couples alike. Port Issac itself is ideally placed for exploring this part of Cornwall. Each day we found a beach better than the day before. Will always miss waking up to the view of the bay.

The house is ideally situated with unbeatable views across Cornish cliffs. Just a matter of steps away from walking paths, pubs, and restaurants, the location is ideal. The house is large, with comfortable beds, and a fully equipped kitchen. Ajay is responsive and flexible, and made our rental experience easy. Thank you again for everything!

Well situated at port Issac - with its own parking which is a huge bonus in port Issac. Good size bedrooms and kitchen. Area to sit front and back. Ajay very helpful

We had a great stay in Port Isaac. The house is perfectly located for access to both the small pretty harbour town and Port Gaverne which were both a short walk away. Beautiful walks North and South along the coastal path. Great cliff jumping at Port Gaverne too. The house was comfortable for a party of 9, always hot water for post swim showers. Ajay was very quick to repsond to any queries. We would all recommemd this house and hope to return.

Great property for the 7 of us . Close to all the sights.

What a fabulous find this property was. Views were stunning and the house was clean and really well kitted out - looked just like the pictures. Ajay the property owner was fabulous and things were much smoother once we had his details - a few tricky moments with HomeAway did leave us feeling worried that our holiday payment had gone missing, but Ajay was brilliant and between us everything was sorted. Port Isaac is lovely and the surrounding areas have lots of great activities It was a super week - we were very lucky with the weather too.

We enjoyed our stay in this clean and cosy property with fantastic unblocked view of the sea. There was also a parking lot right in front which was so convenient for us. Host was helpful in giving directions to his property.

The property is perfectly located with a short walk to either Port Isaac or Port Gaverne. Stunning uninterrupted views. The only downside is that the whilst the window blinds give you privacy they do not block out the morning sunrise! (Bring eye masks)

What a lovely house, we had a fantastic trip and the views were breathtaking! Ajay was great at keeping in touch beforehand and quick to answer any questions we had during our stay. We'll definitely look to come back!

An ideal place for our family - lots of bathrooms for all generations! Well situated for shops and restaurants, seaside walks and exploring the picturesque little fishing town. Nearby is the excellent surfing beach at Polzeath as well as other interesting places a little further away - Tintagel and Boscastle (which has fully recovered from the terrible floods) as well as the Eden Project. The old railway line bike ride from Wadebridge to Padstow was a great success on a dull day.

We really enjoyed staying at the property. It was situated at the top of the village so easily accessed by car. It had all what we needed, good facilities, bathrooms clean and new. Kitchen had a great space for eating, although often sat on the front garden seating area with a cup of tea looking at the sea. Front room again was very light, clean and comfortable, with picture windows. It was a great situation, not only in terms of the most wonderful coastal views, but also accessibility to other parts of the North Cornwall Coast. Port Isaac a lovely village, a good shop and plenty of places to eat. Fishermans Friends, local folk group were playing live on Port Isaac Beach/Harbour for our last night, to give us a truly authentic Cornish experience. Port Gaverne, a few minutes walk down the hill, was a favourite. Coastal walks stunning. We were able to park easily along the road, generally there were spaces, but car par very near if necessary. Phone reception generally good, depending on provider (EE the best). Would love to come back!

The house is lovely, and was perfect for the 9 of us. There is a lot of space and we were very comfortable. The views are amazing & Port Isaac village is a short & enjoyable walk away. There is a small Co-op grocery store within walking distance, which came in handy. Freshly caught fish is available near the harbour if you want to cook. If you don’t feel like cooking, there are plenty of places to eat & enjoy a drink. For Doc Martin fans, it is fun to spot all the places in the show. In the opposite direction, is Port Gaverne. Again, you can walk there, & views are also beautiful. We were lucky to have some days of warm weather, but to be honest, I enjoyed wondering around when it was drizzling too! After a long day of strenuous activity, it was lovely to come back to the house to watch the sunset and relax in comfort. We definitely want to come back one day. I would highly recommend this property.

We came from the States to Cornwall for a Doc Martin and Poldark shooting location tour. This property served as our base of operations and it was perfect. The location is just on the outskirts of Port Isaak proper. You couldn't ask for a more picturesque town. It also has a least a dozen restaurants that are all acceptable to superior. The property looks out over the ocean and therefore has super views. Many of the rooms in the house have direct ocean views. The house itself is exactly as described. It will easily sleep 9 and the dining table will sit them all. The beds were comfortable and everything worked well. If you are going to Cornwall you can feel totally confident renting this property.

The house was spacious, clean, modern & very well equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, close to all the shops, restaurants & pubs. The view over the sea was amazing , we were able to sit out in the garden & enjoy the view even in October!! Would definitely recommend.

All you need for up to 9 people. We were 9: 4 adult and and 5 kids. Enough room in the lounge, kitchen dining and bedrooms. And nicely refurbished with all the needed kitchen stuff, internet, TV, DVD player, etc. Only caveat is that there seems to only be enough hot water capacity for one shower at a time. But if you organise yourself a bit, it's not a big issue. Great place but what really makes it amazing is the view over port Isaac- port Gaverne. I would recommend this place.

A beautiful house with picturesque scenery. It was lovely to wake up to the sound of waves every morning. A great location for exploring the nearby villages and a ttractions.

Fantastic house in perfect location for charming Port Isaac and the wonderful Port Gaverne. Great to be able to watch the sea crashing over the rocks in all kinds of weather. House is perfect and easily accommodates 9 people, especially great to have 3 bathrooms, a large dining kitchen and large comfortable lounge. We will be back!

We would certainly recommend this property to anyone. It is refurbished to a high standard, was very clean and well maintained and has superb uninterrupted views of the sea from all front picture windows. Owner was very helpful with information on local restaurants, places of interest etc. The house is well situated in the lovely little village of Port Isaac.

Beautifully presented & equipped property. Owners couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming. Ideally situated to give easy access into the bustle of Port Isaac or the tranquility of Port Gaverne. A lovely break away from it all.
