Location was great. Staff very accommodating and despite being lots of us were brilliant. Helped us with an extra room for luggage
Few issues across the whole party. Couple of rooms showers not hot. Some air con but we didn't speak to the staff as we were not too fussed

The room was spacious. The bathroom was lovely but could’ve been cleaner due to rust. For the kitchen a bit of soap could’ve been provided.

I had a wonderful experience at Rio Gardens Aparthotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The facilities were well-maintained, and everything was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect — close to the center but still quiet enough to relax.
We felt very safe and welcomed especially gannet 🙏🙏
It was definitely great value for money.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ayia Napa and would love to come back again!
