Exceptional village house with panoramic SEA view
Nel cuore del borgo medievale di Haut de Cagnes, molto bella casa personaggio completamente ristrutturata e decorata con raffinatezza e cura per un massimo di sei persone.Questa casa molto accogliente è composta da due livelli con scale. Lungo una ringhiera in ferro battuto d'epoca al 1 ° piano troverete due magnifiche camere da letto con balconi vista villaggio composti come segue: una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale adiacente un bagno molto bello con wc; una camera da letto duale. Sullo stesso piano si trova una graziosa cameretta con un tipo di divano letto, ideale per i bambini. Sul pianerottolo c'è un wc separato Le camere da letto hanno una vista sul villaggio.
Al secondo piano, sarete stupiti da questa superba stanza inondata dal sole e dalla vista panoramica sul Mediterraneo. Su questo piano c'è un bagno con doccia; una cucina open space nella sala da pranzo e nel soggiorno, che si apre su un ampio balcone che offre una splendida vista sulle Alpi e sul Mediterraneo ... Vieni ad assaggiare la Dolce Vita ...

The house was incredible. It was beautiful clean and charming. The living area was so comfortable with a great view and terrace. It was always very quiet. The kitchen was perfect. It is right in the middle of the old town high on the hill in Cagnes. It is a 2 minute walk to the old square with restaurants and places to drink coffee or wine. Beatrice was wonderful and took us on a little tour of the town when we got there. She responded to all our needs. There is a free shuttle bus that takes you down the hill to a part of Cagnes with restaurants supermarkets outdoor market etc. from there you can catch a bus to anywhere. We had a car and Beatrice has free parking in front of the house. We made the mistake the first day when we were not sure of the address to continue forward to go around. Never do this through the narrow medieval upper town streets it’s near impossible. Instead when you come and go by car you need to back out of the street. From the house you are so close to everything Nice, Antibes, Cannes, beaches, Italy… this is the place to stay outside the overcrowded other alternatives. One thing to mention, the house on 3 levels has spiral stairs connecting them. We are old and managed but one needs to be careful on the stairs. The house was perfect and wonderful. Stay here if you are visiting the area for a special experience.

We loved the house, but there are lots of stairs so if you have someone with knee, hip or back problems it’s not a good idea. It is really a beautiful home though.

Cagnes sur mer is a great starting point for trips. 30min by train to Nice, 20min to cannes,1,5h to st tropez (< lots of traffic to go to city center-impossible to find a parking spot in august but ther is a chapelle st anne bit up the hill,you can park there for free have a nice panoramic view over the area and walk downtown in 10min.Beware will be closed at 20h ) a or other very nice villages in the country side around .

We had a lovely stay in Bella Vista! The house has a great location in Haute-des-Cagnes. The street is quiet, yet close to the square with the Grimaldi castle and several restaurants. The owner is very helpfull.
