Palazzina Canal è un grande appartamento con 5 camere da letto che può ospitare comodamente fino a 10 persone.
Lo spazio:
Palazzina Canal is a large apartment with 5 bedrooms that can comfortably host up to10 persons. The apartment has 3 bathrooms and a large family kitchen. The living area has a large table for 10 seating and the living area has sofa’s armchairs and a large 40” smart flat TV. Internet and air conditioning is centralized and completely new like the all furnishing and house’s equipment.
The bedrooms are along all the living area. The large master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower cabin and the other 2 double bedrooms can be transformed in twin bedrooms. There are other 2 bedrooms that are single but can add a bed each to make them twin. The second and third bathrooms have respectively stylish bath and a cabin shower and, as the rest of the apartment, have been completely fitted new in August 2014.
The house façade has sun all day as it is exposed south and the canal is quite large but not so busy and noisy as you might expect, the double glazed windows and the centralized air conditioning that provide warm and cool allow the guests to be isolated from any external noise.

Between the Guglie bridge and the "Ponte dei 3 Archi" facing the Canale de Cannaregio, this apartment is just 100 meters from the Alilaguna and vaporetto stops. behind the fondamenta there is the antique Jewish ghetto, the oldest in history, that with its 5 Synagogues still has a very active community. The train station of Santa Lucia is 3 stops away or just 10 minutes’walk.

The property is spacious, clean, and has plenty of room for people to enjoy each others company and to also enjoy privacy.
The location is perfect for walking and water transportation. Alilaguna and Vaparetto are right outside the door. Cannaregio has so many fabulous cafes and restaurants. Safe and quiet neighborhood.

This is a professionally run operation. Superbly renovated. Lots of comfortable places to handout ins in the apartment.

This apartment was the perfect Venice abode for our family, that includes married children and grandchildren. The apartment is perfectly located on a canal, and only a three minute walk to the Jewish Ghetto. Each room was spacious and clean, with three full, newly renovated bathrooms and a beautifully renovated large kitchen. The furniture was old and worn, and some of the paint on the walls was peeling. But overall, this was a perfect apartment for our needs.
