The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people, as it has two doble room (one of them with private bathroom).

Casa Tayu was the first house built in the area, an area adjacent to a protected nature park.
In recent years, more houses have been built around it, and thus obviously more neighbours. The place conveys peace and tranquillity, one appreciates the silence and a special pamnoramic view. However, I cannot guarantee absolute silence at all times (as I have often been asked) as there are neighbours and I cannot answer for their activities.
There is no artificial lighting in the area, so one can admire the starry night skies in total relaxation.

The wood floors and ceilings give to the house a warm atmosphere.

A large sliding glass door on the terrace of 6 meters gives brightness to the living area and offers a pleasant view of the surrounding panorana.

The terrace entirely of wood made measuring 12 x 4 meters . It's a perfect space for yoga sessions among other things.
From here you can admire the more incredible typical skys of this island : the more colorful sunsets to the delicate auroras up at nights studded with brilliant stars that can be observed at 180º.

There is a private pool measuring 7.5m x 3.5m (25m2) with solarium area in the garden for extreme relax moments.

We are located in the north of the island with possibility of choice between the beaches of the west coast , east coast and north coast. The distance is almost the same: about 15 km ( there is neither traffic neither traffic lights, then you can reach the various places quickly but in the whole relaxation ).

There are vast beaches of white sand or black volcanic sand.
Then you can choose between the ocean with large and thunderous waves or beautiful lagoons or colored dream pools.
